I asked them to let me go to the bathroom because i was in pain because i was pregnant because of them i had a miscarriage they will not let me use the bathroom even though i told them and beg them to let me use i lost my baby because of them that caused me to have an infection they dont have no sumpathy for nobody they are selfish it was an emergency and they didnt care

Got an attitude because the cashier later to find out was MOD did not know her job title was to business question about my form of payment got upset because I read her like book and thought she did something by refusing to serve a customer and this is just why I don’t really shop at Walgreens. THANK you have a wonderful day and thanks for being the best part of Walgreens and you need to learn better communication and management skills in order to assist your guest lost my business.

You are going to have the worst service at this pharmacy. With 15 minutes left until 9 pm they didn't want to give me a pump to help me breathe. Both the pharmacy manager and her assistant are very rude.
They do not have a customer service attitude, much less in this health sector.

WORST PHARMACY. Was on the phone, on hold for over an hour, called on a second phone after being hung up on TWICE after waiting an hour. To then be hung up on a 3rd TIME on the second phone. WHO HAS THE TIME FOR THIS! Walgreens should be out of business for the hoops you have to jump through to fill a prescription. I cannot fill my script online due to their policies, and 9/10 the medication is out of stock and can't be transferred to another pharmacy without calling my doctor to rewrite a new script. If my insurance allowed me to pick up anywhere else I would and never use a walgreens pharmacy again. Absolutely disgusting.

Close before the actual time they should be closing, waste of time and gas for me.. matter of fact, there was a woman that was showing me her hand watches pointing on it and being mad for no reason, f.uck this place and the employee that was working there

I call at 11:01am and thay pick up the phone and HELP me with my problem I am so excited to Happy to hear their voice and I am so excited to fill my script and I will always love the kindness for help me get everything in order...AM??????

I was made to wait for a long time to be assisted, and furthermore, they didn't release my medication with my passport, even though I never had this issue before. It was a neglectful situation because I explained that my husband was in a lot of pain. The clinic that attended to us had already called to expedite the delivery process. I had to go to another pharmacy to successfully pick up the medication – a complete disregard! I hope nobody has to go through such a frustrating situation, especially in a delicate circumstance.

They are closing hours early every night have multiple pictures to prove it seem to make up that the system is down and close. Incredible that they do this to customers

Horrible customer service from pharmacy techs. I have been on hold for 40 mins now, they just pick up the and they say “please hold” without letting you speak a word.

I have been on hold for 45 minutes with someone answering every 5 minutes saying "Be with you in a minute" and not even letting me say anything before putting me back on hold. Then someone answered and hung up on me. I called back and am waiting to speak with someone as I'm writing this. Someone just answered again to say "be with you" and put me on hold. This customer service is deplorable. I have complained to the lead pharmacist before because every time I have to refill medication, there is always an issue. I can't go to another pharmacy because the CVS near it is also terrible. I understand everyone is busy, but not even having the basic courtesy to let me respond before putting me on hold is inexcusable. I'm literally shouting "WAIT" every time someone answers just for them to ignore me and put me back on hold. I'm trying to get answers to a question before picking up medication. I will probably still be on hold by the time I get to the pharmacy in an hour, and I will be saying something again to the lead pharmacist. And I know I am not alone based on all the negative reviews on here. I wish it was possible to give 0 stars.

I came here at 11:40pm and the doors were locked. Apparently closing 20 min early is acceptable.

This place on 10/23/2023 closed 20 minutes before its actual closing time. Wasted time in a rush for my sick nephew needing a medicine. They ignored the fact that I had en emergency!

Sign on door says midnight as well as online but at 11:30 was turned away because they are "closed". if you don't want to do your job quit so someone else can do it right.
