My God, it's hours waiting at the pharmacy to pick up a medication in the drive, 30 minutes with each car, always the same, terrible service, don't you have staff? can they hire? They don't say hello or good afternoon after waiting for hours with only 2 cars ahead.

Attempted to return a missed call regarding the store not being able to complete my 20x30 poster board prints order due to lack of materials. Spent many minutes waiting on the phone with one associate rudely transferring to me to the pharmacy dept before i could even explain the purpose of me returning the missed call and needing to reach the photo department. Still unable to reach anyone.

We got to get a vaccine and only one person serving at the window. He told us go and sit down. After 45 minutes of waiting we went to the window and he told us, excuse me, I'll take care of you right away and he gave us some paperwork to fill out that he supposedly should have given us before. We went to sit down again and another 40 minutes passed. 3 more people came to get vaccinated and the same thing. Until chaos arose from the other people tired of waiting. Awful.

Got to walgreen's tonight at 10:52pm and the doors were closed. A man was mopping by the front registers. Looked at me and didn't acknowledge me. He just keeps mopping. There was not even a notice on the doors in case something wasn't working. Won't return anymore ?

Mal servicio todas las medicinas llegan tarde ellos le dan los medicamentos d uno a cualquiera k venga sus nombre odió esa farmacia siempre tienen una attutude. The service at that pharmacy is the worst thing I've seen in the 15 years I've been in this country. You know, patients need a medication that they can't be without and they send you one that you didn't even order or another that you didn't even need at that moment, triple then. because of the one I called 'they don't send you when I call' 2 weeks ago I'm sorry no this place is horrendous and it doesn't change nor will it change the bad service and not only with me many many people who I see are upset with the service and don't know how to give a complaint

The worst pharmacy in Tampa. They are never staffed enough to answer the phone. And when they do finally answer after 15 minutes on hold, they hang up on you.

The Hispanic girl at the cashier was very nice but, the one who calls himself the manager has 0 common sense, he didn't want to do anything to help me when he could have done so, before giving my bad review I called customer service and informed me, in my case, the man could have helped me. They should hire friendly people who make the purchase pleasant for us. It's not a gift or favor, I'm spending my money there.

Pharmacey seems to make Americans wait longer. We have seen them tell us to go around and get back in line, while Spanish customers wait 15 minutes in line without being told to loop around. Sad to see different ways to treat customers

Very bad attention from the pharmacy employees, 1 hour for them to answer the phone and also rude and bad attitude, on top of that the waiting hour was by chance they leave you and they leave you on hold all the time, because they don't speak Spanish, all of them The people who work there are Latinas, I hate this Walgreens, very bad performance for everything, rubbish

No matter how busy the workers are, they are always polite to me. Imagine their day - they are so busy that they never get to sit down. I wonder if they get to take a bathroom break. They have customers at the drive through, on the internet, on the phone, and in the store. Meanwhile the man is delivering more medicine that needs to be inventoried. They multi-task the best they can. They are heroes. God bless them and I thank them for their hard work. Yes, they are busy and you need to be patient, but they have always been kind to me. I've been coming to this location for quite a while now with no problems.

THIS PHARMACY IS THE WORST!! I just waited in a line of 15 people crowded together after I came down here because they called me and told me my prescription was ready and I finally get to the cashier and they don't even have my prescription ready. Now they tell me I have to wait 45 minutes to get my prescription! And this isn't a rare occurrence. They don't talk to the customers and when you do ask them a question they give you a rude remark or they act like they're too busy to do anything but they're not actually doing anything! Someone really needs to get new employees at this place because I am not coming back here again.
