I felt compelled to leave a review because I saw how low the rating was.
This is my family's Go-To store. Whenever the kids are good in school we take them to buy a monthly toy. The staff is super friendly and I never had a problem with getting any prescriptions filled. They've always been super helpful in the pharmacy department.

Terrible pharmacy! Customer service is awful, you will suffer abuse and rude pharmacists if you want your medication. Even if you try not to communicate w these animals they will take forever to refill your prescriptions via app and you’ll never get a notification, try calling and you’re really doomed!!! 30 min waits on phone to be answered by rude managers and incompetent staff. It’s very unfortunate that customer service turned into this abuse of customers.

I can't even begin to describe how horrific the pharmacy in this location is. Completely Absurdly rude and unprofessional. They treat you like you're a burden, and lie to you on phone, not to mention twice I unfortunately had to wait over 25 minutes to talk to someone, but the average waiting on phone is 15. It's absurd I am not sure how this pharmacy still runs, I have had similar issue with phone in other locations as well. Don't go there if you don't have to!

Such an unprofessional pharmacy. Can’t get them to pick up the phone and do not re fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Takes them days and it’s ridiculous.

If I could give this store no stars, it would best describe the Pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. They have no issues with hanging up on you. They place you on hold and sometimes never return to the phone. If they hate their job so much, they should move on. They have messed up my prescriptions more than a few times, so if it's happening to me that often, BEWARE, it's happening to a lot more people.I asked them to deliver my blood pressure meds, and they told me I would get them on Monday. Monday came and went; no meds. By Tuesday, when it still had not arrived, I was forced to go to the store to get a couple of pills to hold me over. I asked that they give me a new refill, and they told me that since it was out with FedEx, they could not do that, but not to worry; it would be there on Wednesday, according to the tracking number.Well, Wednesday came and went, so tonight I called, and a girl told me it was on its way. She sounded like she didn't want to help and acted like it was no big deal. I explained to her that this was a blood pressure meds, and I had already missed one on Monday night. They only gave me a couple of pills until my meds arrived, and I was concerned because it was already past 7 PM, and FedEx was still not here.Finally, when I asked for the tracking number, she said it so fast that I could not get it. I told her to try again, and this time, slow down, and she hung up on me. When I called back, I reached another person in the Pharmacy who said they had my meds there and I could pick them up. I told them the girl said FedEx was coming tonight to drop off the meds. He said no, they had my meds to go in the store and get them.When I tried to explain the entire situation about the girl who hung up on me and was rude, he spoke over me without concern. I went into the store to pick up my meds and asked that they transfer all my meds to Publix, and again, without a care or concern, not even a why, they said that Publix could call them and ask for them to be transferred.I don't just get meds there; I'm also a customer who shops in the retail part of the store.As I walked out of the store, I told the girl behind the retail counter in the retail part of the store that the Pharmacy was killing their retail business, and they were losing me as a customer and most likely have lost several already. She shook her head and said, "Yup, they sure are!"

Lines can be long. Calling is usually a waste of time as you'll end up in the hold music/phone ring loop until the line just cuts off. No callback or queue option. The automated voice offers to mute the hold music if I press star... but it doesn't work... Even their robot can't do easy things for me.

Poorly managed. I have been here several times only to walk away without being helped. Either they don’t have the product I need in stock or they won’t do vaccinations even if you are there 40 minutes before they close.

I had a middle of the night emergency and this was the nearest 24-hour drugstore available! The night staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to find everything I needed quickly. The location was clean. I returned back later in the morning for something else, and the pharmacist answered my question right away.
