I don't know why this store was rated so low because my experience here has been excellent. In particular, the pharmacist, Duane, bent over backwards to help me fill a difficult prescription. I would highly recommend asking for him if you ever have any issues getting prescriptions taken care of properly. My rating - Five stars!

Sick, tired, or healthy this place willl challenge your patience. Unless you have time to waste waiting for assistance of any kind, AVOID this Walgreens. So disappointed.

The line at the pharmacy (and drive through) always takes forever, they don’t have any workers and they never have any medication in stock.

I honestly don’t know why the rating is so low. I’ve had a much more responsive experience with this location than most. You can actually speak with the pharmacy without holding for half an hour, and they are very fast and efficient. The fact that they answer the phone at all warrants at least a 4 star. But the staff are always helpful and friendly, deserving of a 5 in my experience.

Worse Walgreens ever! After being placed on hold for over an hour, I was disconnected! This is not the first time I've experienced this problem at this Walgreens!

If I could give it negative stars I would! I have been going to this pharmacy for years and it is getting worse. I waited in the drive through for 20Mins for someone to even acknowledge me so I could pick up my prescription. 2 min transaction. Get more help or you allWill see your jobs moved to Amazon pharmacy!

As a blind person. I love shopping and using the pharmacy at this Walgreens on the corner of Platt and Hyde Park Ave. in Tampa, Florida. The staff in the Pharmacy and the staff in the store is always happy to help me when I need it. And they respect me as a blind person. And they love my Guide dog. So I give five stars out of five.

Here’s my thing , i ordered pictures online to this location. If your a 24 Hour Store and you’re letting me know it’s ready at 1am okay cool i’ll come the next morning. I pushed it back around 8pm and nobody was there. But it was open, lights were on. No workers to be found. Why have the option to pick it up with no workers present besides the one at the register? waste of time i’ll go elsewhere.

On hold over 45 mins for the pharmacy when the tech answers and puts the call back on hold- rude af. Slowest pharmacy ever. Save yourself the headache and use a different pharmacy.

There ARE good people in the pharmacy, like the night time pharmacist, or the Middle Eastern pharmacy tech gentleman, but there are also a few bad eggs that just make life miserable. They need to either STOP TAKING NEW CUSTOMERS, or, HIRE MORE. I put up with this place for 6mo cuz of the two of 3 people I liked working here, but today, I had it. Not to mention the whole wait time while calling in, I was once on hold for 45 mins, but it's your health, so what else can you do?! Today I was told "We are a 30 day pharmacy", meaning I guess you can't pick up prescriptions on days 28 and 29, which I have never experienced nor heard of in my life. In fact, they've filled a prescription 4 weeks after it's filled before, so it's just one last impressing her own rules on the place, even if your insurance is fine with it. I switched to the Walmart I get my groceries from today, and my wife looked over as I forwarded their phone # and address to my doc, and she goes "I can't believe you put up with that Walgreens for so long, FINALLY!!"

I am a physician and have to say it was a very bad experience to call in a prescription for my patient, the pharmacist was very inpatient(after I patiently waited to be attended to for approximately 10 mins). She referred to me as honey, how unprofessional.

Walgreens is doing a terrible job with this pharmacy. Read all the reviews, rude staff, techs hang up on you, the pharmacist on duty tonight starting yelling at me! I called just to ask if my moms medication was ready, they put you on hold for 15-20 minutes then pick up and hang up on you. I had to make the 20 minute drive over there just to ask if her medicine was ready. I was on hold again, walked into the store, there were no cars in the drive thru and only one lady at the counter. I literally watched the tech pick up my call and hang up on me! I said, “ why did you just hang up on me?” I am on hold and I just watched you hang up on me. I had to drive 20 minutes just to ask a 1 minute question! The pharmacist started yelling at me, “Too bad, we are busy!” I said, no your not, there are no customers in the drive thru and one lady here! He never apologized, continued to scream at me that it’s not his fault, they are understaffed and it’s not his problem. He yelled “I here this everyday, do you want me to help you or not!” Zero customer service skills, took all his frustrations out on me, and continued yelling at me! They finally called the manager over who was great! She helped me, was extremely apologetic, and had great customer service skills! Walgreens is losing business everyday due to the terrible staff at this store.

The pharmacist and pramacist treat youz as equal and give you full respect.i live in Temple terrace yet still travel to them because of how they treat up. You will never find a better pharmacist. She is the all time greatest!!
