got the job done. the employee was very understanding but i wish she would be a little bit more professional as she had assumed i did not want a free digital copy of my photos and i had to ask and insist that i get a digital copy sent to my email. kiosks had issues with denying valid promo codes but the employee had made sure that i was taking advantage of the promotion.

The employee was so helpful to take specific passport pics and when they didn't work I was able to go back and get them redone for free. No hassle.

WARNING- I'll advise you as the non customer service trained "manager/supervisor" advised me when I was explaining the problems about changing prescriptions as they please. She said, " There are plenty of other Walgreens to go to". Seems like they just make anyone supervisors these day and do no training. If you could give ZERO stars that would be the proper rating for this place. PLEASE TRAVEL ANOTHER COUPLE MILES OR BETTER YET GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY than Walgreens. Be Careful and Stay Safe

I took a passport photo twice, the employer just gave me 2 pictures without cutting them.She was rude with me both times,When I came to pick up the photos the first time she let wait for 15 minutes and she was chatting with her friend??

There is no way to leave 0 stars. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure to be in They are beyond rude and unprofessional Avoid at at cost. Go to Publix just 1 mile up the road !!

The people most of the time arent extremely rude they deserve 2 stars but they take FOREVER ridiculously so. You cant get through line inside the store and the pharmacy is the same. You pull up and hit the call button and the lady says ill be right with you and hangs up. Then you wait and hit the call button again because your 1 year old is irrationally screaming and she rudely says im helping others inside and hangs up on you again. Then 1 of the other people who arent doing a damn thing come on the line and they cant figure anythign out ans go back and forth 10 times and by the time you leave you wish you had gone anywhere else...WORST WALGREENS EVER!!!

This place is horrible! Horrible customer service in the store. Bought my 15 month old 4 packs of this baby food on 4/8. Friday am he got sick went to give him one in hopes for him to eat something and thought I should check the date to be safe. It expired 2 months ago!!! I called corp customer service. Said they marked a call back as urgent and call within 24-48 hours. Well it’s been over 4 days and nothing! Not even to check if my kid is ok. A refund NOTHING

I can see why this pharmacy get so many bad reviews. I tried contacting them by phone and of course you are put on forever hold. The music would stop for a brief second and a voice would come on and say please hold. then it goes back to the music. This went on for several minutes with the voice interrupting saying "please hold." I have had problems with this pharmacy before, but at one point they had a manager who would help to rectify the problem. He has since moved on to another pharmacy which is not so convenient for me. Therefore, I will start using CVS which is closer to my location. I'm a 28 year Marine Combat Veteran and I just can't believe the lack of professionalism I see in this particular store. As some of the other comments in the review section--this place is a real nightmare. IT STEMS FROM LACK OF LEADERSHIP!! Tells you something about the leadership in this place....lack of courtesy, professionalism, and respect all stem from the top...it rolls down to the lowest Non-conformist.

This Walgreens is beyond horrible and unprofessional. When you tried to get through to them by telephone you are on hold for a long period of time and then the music stops and it goes to a ringing and it will ring about 5 or 6 times and then you are disconnected. This has happened every time I call. The staff at the pharmacy counter are beyond rude They are not helpful and do not even try to be helpful. My husband has been getting his prescriptions filled at this Walgreens for a couple of years now. Today he went in to pick up a prescription that he has been taking for quite a while which they always have in. He had gotten a text message that the prescription was ready for pickup. When he went in the girl told him that it was at the other Walgreens which is about 20 minutes from where we are and when he questioned that she said oh we haven't had that medication here for for over a month. When he tried to question her further as to why we weren't notified about the other pharmacy by phone she was extremely rude and had an I don't care attitude. Her response was there's nothing we can do you'll have to go there. No customer service or pleasantry at all. It's bad enough that if you go through the drive-thru you have to wait in line indefinitely because they're slower than molasses but to also have to put up with their rude behavior and not being able to get in touch with them by phone is just ridiculous. Needless to say we will no longer be getting our prescriptions filled at that Walgreens or any other Walgreens and I would never frequent that Walgreens again for any product in that store if my life depended on it.

Walgreens pharmacy at this location has poor customer service on the phone and drive-thru. First I called to refill my prescription on the phone and tried to reach a pharmacist after waiting on the phone more than 10 mins someone answered and put me on hold, finally she answered and took my info and put me on hold again but never came back to address me about my prescription and disconnected me. The drive thru was another disappointment we went to pick up a prescription waited at the window and this lady never acknowledge us or even ask what we needed, she kept talking to another co-worker we waited like 5 mins and got tired of waiting and left. Very disappointing that companies lose clients just because of customer service when it is so easy to address or acknowledge a customer that is loyal to your business.

Excellent customer service. Short wait time for vaccine when the store was extremely busy. The manager & staff handled a disgruntled customers very well. No one deserves to be treated like they are not human beings, thank you for being you!

This pharmacy is AWFUL! We get automated calls that scripts are ready. You wait in the drive through for 20 minutes to be told they need one more hour to fill the order. Come back again and again… always the same story. They apologize but NEVER fix the problem. Go CVS!!

Walgreens is and will be my pharmacy for convenience and prescription availability. However, the service is not good. I was on hold over 20 minutes on 3 separate occasions because at 3 pm a prescription was electronically sent from the urgent care and I wanted to confirm they received it. At pick up before closing I specifically asked if my daughter’s antibiotic was in the bag and she said yes. When I get home it wasn’t. Therefore, they can’t be trusted. It’s not the first time. They do not provide the service they should. They’re not selling candy! Many patients rely on these medications for relief, many immediate. I just wish they could hire quality and focused staff, that really want to work and have vocation.
