I was a loyal Winn Dixie customer who has never had issues obtaining my medicine,and since this company has taken over,I have been given the run around,out right lied to,and am being denied access to my medications.these practices should be illegal.If you experience medical issues as a result..be patient..there will be a class action suite eventually.

i was waiting in the cosmetology section and pressed the help button because i needed something that was locked up it called someone 4 times and i looked around to see what’s going on and i looked to my left and i see the manager and an employee were just talking and looked at me went back to gossiping unprofessional and my time was wasted

horrible staff, try to call them to make sure they can fill a prescription and they just immediately answer and put you on hold and leave you there without saying a thing. very rude and unprofessional

Not a complaint about the staff, but this is not in a great part of Tampa, so I'd avoid if possible. Relative had their car stolen from the parking lot behind the place (different business). Going in/out their front door you're likely to encounter any number of homeless people asking for money, sometimes to an uncomfortable level of aggression. They do have a drive-thru pharmacy but honestly with the other issues, and that being on the back side of the building, I would not be any more comfortable doing that.Only reason I go here anymore, which is worth mentioning, is they have a FedEx pickup and drop location on site, so it is convenient to get a package dropped off late in the day with confirmation of receipt.

The manager lied to me about discount codes. She said they can't accept the one I requested for my medication so I paid full price out of pocket that month. Next month the pharm tech (who doesn't have to worry about how much $$ the pharmacy makes) slapped the 60%+ discount code on my prescription without me even having to ask. Just to be sure I asked if it was a new thing for that month and he said "No, we've had this since summer (half a year ago).Not coming back here again. Manager is a combination of greedy, dishonest and/or incompetent and made me pay more than double just to make more $$.

Came in since this was the only place open on Christmas. We tried several grocery stores however none were open. I just needed lemon juice and Mac n cheese. Was able to find these items here. Checking out was easy and no lines. The clerk didn't say anything to us, not even an acknowledgement after I said Merry Christmas. Overall they had what I needed so no complaints.

They are rude and unhelpful. I transferred all my prescriptions to North Blvd. They are helpful and go out of their way. Sucks!

my mom whom is 80 years old was told she could not buy cigs because he id had exspired she is 80 the law states age 21 your cleark and manger refused to sell to her she gets here meds from you and you wont sell her cigs? she was insulted and embarrsed by this as other customers waited in line I had to use my ID and I dont smoke I myself am pissed off at this your manger said it was policy if so know this we shall take our biz somewhere else and I am gonna post this all over social media you have lost this customer and my moms as well I feel you owe her an appogily but I dont see that happening so as of now you will see I alreddy posted your terrible treatment of the elderly signed jim a pissed off ex customer

Great service, great items. Walgreens has some really great deals if you check. My daughter bought 2 brand new arctic personal air conditioners for $5 each. They sell for $39 on TV. Also my husband bought 2 of the copper sandwich makers that are on TV for $19.99. He got them.for $1 each

This Walgreens is right next to my workplace, so I use it for all my prescription and other drug store needs. Everyone here is always so nice and helpful! The workers have even started recognizing me, and they are always happy to help. The pharmacy has been great, only problem was something out of stock once. But other than that, I love this Walgreens and will continue to come here!

They had what I needed but the parking lot was full of homeless people begging for money. It makes you nervous to leave your car on the parking lot for fearof it getting broken into. The store itself was fine but the parking lot wasn't where you want to leave a car unattended and you can't go in or out without someone asking for a handout.
