On balance 4 stars. Today's awesome experience was a game changer for me here. Recently, the store was dealing with two challenges. Closure of CVS across the street and lightning strike, which took their systems down for several days. The result was pharmacy, closed, and phone system down, no way to speak to anyone. Gets very frustrating when you're trying to navigate a sea of renewals etc. Today I was finally able to deal with people who cared, we're very confident and got it done. Props to Ulyses in the pharmacy area and Luz in management up front. Had initially intended on moving everything, instead, renewed everything and some spontaneous goodies.

Walgreens pharmacists are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They always check for interactions and ask if i have any questions. I also like the fact that if im out of town, any Walgreens will have my prescription information, and I can get refills with no problems.

Ulysses in the pharmacy is the best pharmacy tech ever!!! He's fast, efficient, and always remembers you! The only drawback to this store is that during school drop off and pick up times there is literally zero parking!!! I had to park next door at the sushi place just to pick up a prescription and a few additional items. Maybe they should tow non customer vehicles?

I had one of the most traumatic experiences since my military days with Nancy the cashier at this store. From the moment I walked to the register, Nancy was already acting like she hated her job, me, hell, the entire world. But she went from 0 to legit -should be locked in a padded cell- psychotic after my OTC card declined. Nancy didn't know how to process a transaction using my otc card. No big deal. It happens. But when it declined, she legitimately threw my card at me, rolled her eyes and said "NOPE". All while staring at me, eyes unmoving from me with this INSANE smile on her face. I calmly explained that there was money on the card and said that I think there's a special button that has to be selected to process it. She angrily grabbed my OTC card off the counter, where it landed after hitting me, tried it again, looked at me and said "nope". While she clenched my card to the point I thought she'd snap it, I pulled up my OTC card app, showed her the available funds and asked her to try scanning the bar code from the app. Instead, she flung the checkout computer monitor towards me and said "well, come on, do it then". I said "never mind" and asked for my card back. She refused to give it to me and continued to clench my card in her hand. Nancy stood there with a smile of pure insanity, all while making belittling comments and treating me as though I were a 5 year old (although 5 years olds are at least treated like people), all while trying to force me to push random buttons on the checkout monitor. Completely in shock and speechless up to this point, and after asking her for my OTC card at least a handful of times, I finally blurted out "why are you being so rude to me?" She replied sarcastically with "oh I'm not being rude!", all while still clenching my card and continuing to smile that insane smile that I will literally never forget. It was so bad, that I broke down in tears, at which point she chuckled. The only thing I could think to do was push my items towards her, at which point she dropped my card. I grabbed it and ran out of the store. Here's where things get even worse. The next day, I called and spoke to the manager. I told her what happened and the the manager explained that Nancy had called her that morning and told her what happened and that OUR STORIES MATCHED! The manager stated that she'd had a ton of issues with Nancy and that Nancy would no longer have a job. She said wanted to send me a gift card, which I received (apparently $25 was supposed to make up for the trauma i experienced and still struggle with months later). I told the manager that I didn't care for the gift card since I wouldn't be shopping there ever again sand explained that I'm a military veteran with PTSD and that the whole experience had triggered my symptoms. Fast forward several months later, I decided I was ready to try to shopping at this Walgreens, especially since it's the closest to my home and I needed some supplies. Imagine my surprise when I walked up to the register and there was Nancy. Who didn't say one single word to me but stood there, the entire time with that same sadistic smile on her face. She knew exactly who I was. And she knew she had gotten away with everything. I drove home in tears. And I sit here crying as I type out this review. I'd love to say that I was exaggerating the details, but everything I've described is exactly what happened. That manager should be ASHAMED OF HERSELF.On a funny note, Nancy processed my OTC card correctly.

ZERO STARS! The lazy rude tech my husband had the displeasure of dealing with is good for nothing and shouldn't be paid if she won't do her job. He is type 1 diabetic and all the complications and conditions that come with it. He want to get his insulin filled and transfer all his medications here since we just moved here from Michigan. She told him 'I'm not doing it, call your Dr and have them switch all your prescriptions here because I won't'. REALLY!? First of all, Walgreens transfers prescriptions from one Walgreens to another. When we were here on vacation last month he had to fill a couple prescriptions and they wanted to transfer them then. This was at another Walgreens. She said ' I will fill them for you whenever they're do but it will take a couple days every time for every prescription but I'm not transferring them for you, you can do that'. He told her to start the process for his insulin this time so it will be 2 days. I didn't go in and its a good thing I didn't. I certainly wouldn't have told her to start it and come back in 2 days. We will NOT be back after he gets his insulin this time.

I was rudely denied buying cough medicine because I was under 40 years old (I'm 31) - I thought that was ridiculous and googled it and the law is 18 and over. Please correct this issue

A joke. Had to take a covid test to fly home. Took a test on Thursday. It was a 3-4 day turn around. It's Monday and still no results. They said it's business days....are you kidding me? This is healthcare, a retail establishment, and we are in a pandemic, YOU WORK THE WEEKEND!!! I already took a test to exit quarantine and so did my kids. I have a letter from the doctor stating they can go back to school if they have negative tests....but I'm still waiting on the Walgreens test from last week!!!!!! I can't keep up with all of these changes.

It has never taken me less than 1 hour to pick up a Rx. Who knows why they take so long to keep the line moving! Awful, nightmare experiences every time.

Very hit or miss store. Sometimes you have people that are extremely helpful and nice and sometimes they're annoyed you're in the store I came in looking for a thermometer and asked if they had any in the back. The manager tried to plead for me to come back tomorrow instead so he didn't have to go back in the back and look for more. Mind you I'm coming in for a thermometer for my current Lee sick son at home
