Terrible pharmacy i agree with the previous review's i have no idea what people are talking about when they say this is a good pharmacy, they dont help you with any questions/concerns if you call them ask how to transfer to another pharmacy they give you a bunch of run arounds so your looking all over for a pharmacy to take you if they want! at the pharmacist discretion depending on what medications you get From a Dr. Amy Nguyen RPM took all my complaints as a threat including me telling her i was going to put this review and was no help with any of my concern's she should look into another field if she thinks complains to Corporate or Reviews is a threat! no Compassion/understanding here ! even the girl who who see's you at drive -thru has no idea or understanding of anything Terrible pharmacy 0/0 stars!

By far the worst pharmacy in the history ,the wait time is over an hour rather it's over the phone or in person. They need more staff to be able to handle the flow of customers the get , But the people that work there are nice that's why I give them a star.

This is only a five star review because of manager, Alexis making things right after Cathy in the pharmacy told me "I don't have time for this" when asking her a question about a coupon and walked away from the register mid checkout.

I'm only giving it one star because I have to.... but quite honesty they don't even deserve that....I know everyone is under staffed. But to have people waiting inside the pharmacy, drive-thru and calling in... you should know how to manage in a better way. I spent over an hour and 40 minutes on the phone just waiting for someone to pick up and answer my question. Regarding a medication that I ordered Thursday morning 9/22 and now it's Sunday morning 9/25. I had to have my daughter Drive through the drive-thru to see if she can get to them and I've had my daughter on the phone for most of the time as you can tell in the text the phone was ringing and ringing and no one would pick up I was fourth in line and then when I got to me I was just basically ignored. When my daughter was up on the drive-thru. I told her put me on speaker they're talking about that there was a delay that my medication needed a mixture of two different medications. while I'm on the phone I get a text talking about is an insurance issue... I know it was NOT an insurance issue... if they was an insurance issue I could have dealt with that at the moment. They can't seem to get their story straight.... the lack of customer service, answering the phone & acknowledge the caller, answer questions as well... They need to know how to manage their time and stop lying... To cover their butts.At the time where I'm on the phone with my daughter I have them on the other line and I'm still waiting. It amazes me how they have me on the phone and lie to me about the mixture of my medication but yet you send me a text in regards to my insurance..... Unbelievable!!!!

I wish that I could give a minus 5 star rating!!!!! The worst pharmacy in town!!! Every month they mess up my prescription or tell me that my doctors office didn't call in the prescription every time it's a problem and when you show them proof or their mistakes and incompetence they offer no apologies . In fact they give you attitude and blame every one else . Then they make mistakes that affect your quality of care and won't exchange prescriptions that they mistakenly filled. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen!! Consumers beware!!!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Everytime you call be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. In person is even worse. The male manager/lead with the tattoos is extremely rude.

I was really disappointed by this Walgreens location. It was my first visit to this location and I expected it to be similar to other Walgreens in the Tampa Bay area. Unfortunately, it fell far below the usual standards I have come to expect. The lines were very long and no one came (or was called) to open more registers, although other staff were walking the aisles during my visit. I heard the call overhead for assistance in the photo department several times while there, and as I was leaving I saw someone still standing there waiting for help with no staff in sight. The most disappointing part was the lack of the store's concern with its customers health and safety concerning mask wearing. Most customers were not wearing masks, and masks wearing was not required/enforced. The most concerning aspect was that their own staff were not wearing masks properly. About 50% had their masks worn below their noses - i including those in the pharmacy department who were dealing with potentially sick customers, including those there to get Covid vaccines. I saw multiple staff members lower their masks when talking to customers - they would lean forward and lower their masks when talking to the customers. During this time when the pandemic numbers are resurging I would hope that a company that has the phrase "be well" in so many ads would focus on helping keep their customers well by ensuring staff wear masks properly at all times.

Stopped in for a few sodas for me and the ladies at work while I went out on an errand. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. The store had only the cashier that I saw that was available to help guests. I stood there for some time until the cashier was done speaking in Spanish to another customer. Not sure if the cashier was helping her with something but she was on her phone looking at something while the other lady stood there. She then motioned to me to come over and she would check me out. The other lady walked away and grabbed some candy or something. When I was done she then returned to the register grabbing her stuff to leave. A bit annoying.

Times are difficult & checking out as well as Covid-19 appointment was severely delayed. I had an appointment at 12pm to get my shot. We stood in line at 12pm. We didn't start filling out the paperwork until 1215 & at 1230pm we stood in line until 12:50 for our shot. We were seen at 12:50-12:55 & left shy of 1pm to return to work. We couldn't wait 15 min. To see of we reacted because we needed to drive home to return to work. Lines were clogged at the Covid-19 section, a lot of calls for help in different departments...def. a visible shortage of employees in every department. HOT TIP: They have a coupon booklet at the register - just need to ask them to scan the coupon for additional discount. For example, I got $1.50 off of my Burts Bee Lipbalm - the coupon doesn't automatically apply despite them advertising the discounted price when I picked up the item. I think that's false advertisement. If you don't ask for the discount after submitting your phone number since it's not tied to the coupon, you will most likely not get the discount because you'll earn Reward points, but not a discount...a hassle!

I order made an online order Saturday, January 16th at 3:36 PM for the next-day pick-up. I received an email on Sunday, January 17th at 7:34 AM stating that my order was ready for pick-up. I arrived at the store on Sunday at 10:38 AM to pick up my order just to find out my orders weren't even printed. On top of that, they do not have the frames I needed. Poor service I need these photos for an event that I have to be to no later than noon and Cathy the manager could care less about the negligence of her staff... Their staffing issues are not my problem it's her's and it's up to her to make it right for her customers. It now 11:44 AM and here I am still in this store waiting on my prints.
