This has to be the filthiest Walgreens I've ever seen. Shelves are messy, floors have not been cleaned in months judging by the appearance. I came in the other night and all of the refrigerated items were removed from the cooler, and put in the back room-I could see everything I wanted but couldn't get because it was all shrink-wrapped in their boxes. I am thinking they may be getting ready to do some work on replacing the coolers with the newer style display units at other Walgreens, but it would have been nice if they put up a sign or otherwise let customers know they couldn't buy anything in the refrigerated section-no explanations given at all.I feel sorry for the staff here. Most of them are nice but the manager must be really incompetent. Avoid this store.

I don't know what all these people are referring to in regards to the quality of service received at this particular pharmacy or Walgreens as a whole I truly have never had anything but the most pleasant experience all of the staff have been extremely professional and helpful, never had any concerns of whether or not my medications were correctly filled or whether or not they were filled on time everything has been absolutely amazing all of the staff including Juanita and the whole crew have been nothing but patient professional and consistent! I give this place 10 Stars in comparison to all the other locations that I've been to!

This location in Tampa is a joke. The wait is crazy and the store is a mess. And now the pharmacy has already been closed since Friday and they can't transfer my type of prescription to another because of state laws. And I'm completely out because my insurance company won't allow me to ask for a refill until a day before I'll be out. I can't begin to tell you the pain I'm in.

waited in line for over 45 minutes just to pick up a prescription, this line is typically pretty long as well. the staff is nice but they are very slow

The pharmacy is awful and represents everything wrong with healthcare in America. This pharmacist should have his license forcibly removed. Will not answer the phone to take a script from a provider.

Rude staff ! Ordered photos at 4:30 and it said they would be ready at 6. I got there at 6:30 the guy at the counter is like I still have to print them I need 10-15 minutes. Like get it together already such bad customer service. Acting like it's my fault for not coming at 6, the photos still weren't ready. Simple things like this aggravate me.

The pharmacists were awesome My wife needed an emergency script 2 hrs before we were to board our cruise ship. They even called our pharmacy back home in Maine when the doctors office accidentally sent the script to our home pharmacy. Above and beyond. Thank you ladies

The gentleman that is a new pharmacy , Has help my mom and myself receive all our medicines on time, We were also able to get a little extra when the hurricane was here, To make sure that we would not run out . Matt is a new addition speaks fluent Spanish as well, Thank you Matt.

They are not too good about getting discounts on the cash register. 90% of the time it won't be in The Computer at the cash register. If you are a senior you need to remind them to take your discount off.
