Most unprofessional pharmacy crew ever. They were not busy at all and I spent 30 minutes waiting for a flu shot. Then they allowed two other people ahead of me in the line to get their shots before me, even though they arrived after I did, because they were friends. They were so disrespectful and did not care about me or my time.

The shelves are dirty, in the pharmacy part they need maintenance, everything looks old and it is dirty.

I am going on 25 minutes standing waiting in pharmacy.
If you are going to have a single window open and make people wait this long.. at least provide them chairs.

No starsss if I could they treat me like crap I had a lady tell me today that's it ten days after that take it away but it wasn't ten day I got notified Tuesday and Thursday it's Saturday and whenever I get on the phone they put me on hold and get this I hear them mashing the button and I was just at this store physically I had a female kind of young with an attitude tell me why I have an attitude and told me to pull around whilst I'm trying to get my regiment medication that I need to take everyday to live and this is what I experience every time I pick up my medicine ... all the bad reviews on this place are on point they are nothing but rude. And at this point I'm looking for a lawyer because this is ridiculous getting me to the point where it's contributing more to my depression that one suffers through not sure if any other wAlgreens is good but this one for sure are just plain assholes. The staff at Armenia Ave in Tampa Fl. Are the very best at helping you. The most professional staff I've ever met in a pharmacy atmosphere ! I love my Walgreens!!!!!

This is the first time I had to stop at this Walgreens location because my usual pharmacy did not have a medication in stock. My usual Walgreens provided this location and asked me to wait 45 minutes before I headed over. Well, I was already on my way and much to my surprise both medicines were ready for pickup. Even the OTC meds were at the pharmacy counter already bagged! That's quick service! I didn't have to wait at all as a pharmacist came to my assistance as soon as I reached the counter! Yippie! Thanks Walgreens. May you continue to provide good customer service. Parking lot is big however there is garbage thrown about. That's nasty. Plus there are shopping carts all around the parking lot as well. That's the inconsiderate customers though. :-( Hope y'all have as good experience as I did and please...put litter in the trash.

Inept and rude staff.. The lack of compassion from the "pharmacist" is mind boggling. Please screen better your employees. You are not only dispensing medicine you are helping people.

THE WORST Walgreens store I've EVER been to. Their customer service is AWFUL! First... the pharmacy had our credit card saved on file and at NO POINT did I or my husband EVER authorize this....and secondly, they rang up my husband's meds and charged our credit card, than when my husband reminded them AGAIN about the good rx price and saw that he had cash in his hands, they cancelled the transaction but did not tell him they had already ran it through the saved card. They must've thought that we weren't going to check our bank account statements today and notice they ran it through???? Not sure...but when my husband went back up there to clarify the situation....NOT ONCE did ANYONE offer an apology for not explaining BEFOREHAND what happened. They're rude! They blow you off even if ots their mistake....and this isnt the first time something similar happens to us. Shame on us for giving them another chance....but believe you me....idc that they're right around the corner from our house....we will not give THAT store another red cent! And I mean that!!!!

They suck......they lack compassion, they are often rude and SLOW. Why does a person have to wait for someone to count 30,60,90 or even 120 pills ? In fact the machines do that. Also if they think you should not have a drug they will refuse to fill it. Personally, me and my doctor will decide what's right for me.
