I recently visited the Walgreens pharmacy on 3863 S Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa, FL, and my experience was extremely disappointing. After purchasing a prescription two days prior, I returned to inquire about the charges. The staff member I encountered at 8:15 pm today was shockingly rude and lacked basic customer service skills. It's evident they need further training on how to treat clients with respect and professionalism. I will never buy my prescriptions there anymore.

This Walgreens pharmacy is a hot mess. Understaffed pharmacy = stressed, rude pharmacists. Waited 20 minutes in line with two antsy young children only to be told that there was an indefinite wait for a vaccine, even though I had scheduled an appointment that was now overdue. There was a person still waiting for a vaccine ahead of me, and there was a long line of cars at the drive-through window. When I asked how long the wait would be she accused me of wanting to cut the line. I promptly left. She also told the woman in front of me "Your doctor might have called but we're not able to pick up the phone or receive voicemails." Yikes. Good luck getting what you need here. They are not helpful or kind, and this place is not worth your time. The Publix Pharmacy on Neptune is much more professional and organized.

the manager on duty at 700 sent my receipt straight to an old email. he would not print me one without me waiting in line again for 10 mins. and .... they were out of the item i needed and would not price match. and didn't offer a rain heck until i asked. not good. go to another location

I don't think I've ever left a review of a business before but this Walgreens pharmacy location deserves a shoutout!! It has such a nice neighborhood feel to it with the pharmacy calling and checking to see how I'm doing on a new script or seeing if I need a refill. They really go out of their way to be helpful. Always friendly in person or on the phone. A pleasure to do business with. Thank you!!

My wife and I came in at 8:15 last night, to pick up her prescription. We were assisted by the AMAZING Angie!My wife (at the time wasn’t aware of the situation)was having complications with her prescriptions/insurance and wasn’t able to get them due to the big confusion within the computer system.Angie went above and beyond extraordinary customer service and professionalism and contacted my wife’s insurance company to assess the situation, and did everything she could to correct the issue. We weren’t even aware that the pharmacy closed at 9 because Angie genuinely did everything she could to resolve the issue!Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get my wife’s prescription yesterday but with the information Angie was able to assist with the issue was resolved the next morning.We came in tonight (around 8) to try again, and sadly we didn’t get the same customer service AT FIRST from the first pharmacist that “assisted us”. But Rebecca took over to assist us and was able to get the situation resolved! Her energy and work ethic was amazing!

Three attempts to get a simple script filled, at two different stores and nothing yet. Walgreens, specifically this pharmacy manager L. Scott Fritch, is completely incompetent.

Probably my favorite Walgreens in the area. It is mostly conveniently located to my home. The store is always clean and organized which I appreciate and the employees are all friendly. They typically have most items in stock. The pharmacy at this location has a drive through which is so convenient! Just drop off my script via the window and go on my merry way. The same goes for picking it up. The pharmacists that are available are always friendly and knowledgeable. You can ask them any questions you might have about your medication or even just about what over the counter they would recommend. The holiday aisle is awesome. It is constantly changing and if you happen to check it out when they are phasing it out you will find some amazing deals. All in all I enjoy this Walgreens not only because of its cleanliness but also due to the friendly faces.

I have been here a couple times to pick up perscription is primarily I am giving them for starters because the pharmacy is wonderful, They have been fast easy to work with and I have never had an issue the store itself has some good deals and is always stocked good. For me the 5th star is always a while factor and I can't say that anything wowed me here however it is a wonderful great store
