Went there for the $19.99 covid test and nobody in that Pharmacy knew what I was talking about. I had already had at an at home negative covid test and just wanted a second test. Nobody knew a damn thing at all and the people in the pharmacy were very rude. I pointed to the poster about the covid test and they didn't know how to ring it up or how to even give it. Just let me sit there feeling very sick for 35 minutes after my appointment. I ended up just grabbing a covid test, which was $23 plus tax and walking out. These people were very inept and rude. I will never go back to Walgreens

Feel as though they are under staffed they never answer the phone and while in the store you have to keep acknowledging that you are there. Once noticed them they clueless as too the question you ask.

Pharmacy is horrible. Line to checkout is horrible so people are trying to come to the pharmacy to check out just to slow things down even more don't understand why it would take 5+ hours for 1 script.

I have had a couple of good experiences here, but lately it is just condescending pharmacy techs and pharmacists. Paying to be told I don't listen and to go away and call the request in is what finally made me move my prescriptions. I used to go to the walgreens on Nebraska and MLK before it closed down. Sounds like this store is following the same plan.

Not sure what's up with this pharmacy but I've had prescriptions sent here multiple times and half the time they don't have them, they take days to fill, and most recently when I called they told me I had never picked up there and had no record of me on file. Never had an issue at any other Walgreens.

Scheduled my booster shot at 7:15pm and it was closed. I called the next day they said they had no Pharmacist. No one make reservations there and might as well close this location down. Just boycott Walgreens all together as it's just a bad experience.

This place is terrible. 2 days before Christmas I'm trying to get pictures printed out at 8:30pm. 4 pictures. Four 4x6 pictures and I ask how long it's going to be and you would have thought I asked how the pendulum clock swings. Some guy named Juan who apparently hates his job and and world told me they don't typically do pictures "this late" and said he would see what he could do. So I leave and come back in an hour thinking "how long could it take to print 4 pictures?" When I get there, he tells me they can't make 4x6 pictures. When I asked why he couldn't have told me that an hour ago, he told me to use Google for my pictures and stormed away. I asked him if I could speak to a manager or someone else and he told me to call 1800walgreens tomorrow. So I ask the cashier to speak with a manager and she goes "he was a manager." Like hell he was. Get me another one please. So some other lady comes sauntering up asking me what my problem is and I tell her, and ask...don't you think not being able to print out the most standard size picture ever would be pertinent information to tell someone when they are printing out pictures....and I ask for the guys name......because you know now I'm totally calling 1800walgreens TONIGHT. She acted like she couldn't remember his name. So I'm just going to tell their corporate office that the super lazy condescending a****** with longish brown hair that has watched too many tik tok videos is the rudest person ever....

I had a horrible experience while at this location. Nearly every item that I needed was under lock. I ask an associate why this was an she explained that the theft rate was so high. It did not end there. My daughter was given a specific time for her pictures to be ready and they were not. Lastly the check out line was extremely long so a customer became irritated so he voiced his opinion at that time the associate said that he could leave if he liked. What a horrible response. Please shut the whole thing down.

Waited for an hour after my set appointment time. Staff at this location are severely understaffed and undertrained. On top of that, you'll be forced to wait in their lobby amidst tweakers and basket cases.

Excellent Pharmacy Service, I have been a patient/customer there for almost 5 years. The Pharmacists and Techs are highly knowledgeable and helpful. I have Asthma and a few other conditions usually filling over (5) perscriptions a month at different times. Surprisingly when I phone in the pharmacy they seem to know me by name and sometimes even by my voice which is very impressive considering the pharmacy size and patient load they work with. Unlike other reviews I read I have never been judged by a pharmacist or had any trouble getting my medications filled as quickly as possible for they are a very busy store. In the past year their turn around time has accelerated immensely and Take Care Clinic has always been 5 star if I had to take my children or myself there in a pinch! I am very happy with the all around customer service throughout the store as well. Like most large corporations everything cannot be 100% ~ There is a quite nasty (older woman) cashier that works at the front in the evenings but the night manager(s) apologized for her on more than one occasion and took care of me himself. I cannot fault Walgreens for that because I left happy on those occasions. All in all I LOVE having 24 Hr. Pharmacy Service within 10 minutes from my home for a big chain Pharmacy I feel much more than just a number. I could not ask for a more professional and friendly Pharmacy. Thank You

Sat for a literal HOUR after checking in for my appointment on a Tuesday at 2:30 in the afternoon while their pharmacy staff of at least 8 (plus a "trainee" who I didn't see get instructed on a single thing) just walked around doing god knows what. One girl at the main check in was consistently busy as was the guy working the window. The others were talking about lunch, taking breaks, discussing juices and how UberEats got their order wrong. Definitely not behaving as if people were experiencing a wait THAT ridiculous.

My recent experience totally lacked in any customer service. I ordered a same day canvas print, received confirmation of order, then didn't hear anything for a few days. When I called they couldn't find my order and transfered me around to about 4 different people.None of who knew what was going on. And I was hung up on several times with no apologies. Never called back. And no explanation.So after 45 minutes of being on hold and calling back someone told me they didn't have the supplies to complete my order.(Shouldn't you have called me concidering it was a 24 hour order?)Then they tell me they have the stuff now and will complete my order that day and call me when it's ready.No one ever called me.I called back the following day and was told my order was ready but it was damaged, didn't process correctly.But I could come pick it up whenever. ?♀️No thanks. I won't be going to the store anymore.

I had completed a Covid rapid test here and was expecting my results within hours being that I was the only person in the pharmacy drive through (not busy) and have been to much more busy locations and still received my results within hours. Regardless, they did say it could take as long as 24hrs to get the results so I decided to wait until then. It is now 27 1/2hrs later and I still have not received my results. I had a feeling from the beginning that they either made or mistake of were just dragging their feet on it. Therefore I called, and when I did so the line rang, someone answered, and within 2 seconds sent me back to hold without any warning. So I waited for about another 8 mins then someone answered again. I told them about my situation, they said I should have received an email, I told them I didn't, they said check again, I did and it still was not there. After, the person on the line gave me a different number to call about not receiving my results and that number was no help as well. Now I am continuing to miss work because someone else can't do theirs.
