This is literally the worst pharmacy in the world. They’ll tell you one thing they’ll be like come back and you can pick it up this day and every time I come back, they never have my prescription ready. Luckily it’s not a life and death situation to take it but I just don’t understand that it’s so much miss information with the employees like don’t tell me to come back 20 minutes late after you guys just told me that my stuff will be ready today Like I don’t understand that. they need to get their stuff together! I’m about to switch pharmacies and go back to CVS cause this is ridiculous

If you “close the doors at 10:55” that means you CLOSE at 10:55. Not 11. Update your signage or stop closing early.

I call talk Pharmacy
Employee today 09/22/2024 about my Prescription,the lady came to phone 8 different time telling me hold on for almost 20 minutes,one time before they put me on whole i was trying say to the lady please dont put me on whole that 7th time I don't know if she heard me or not ,I just gave up and hung up, that's not right to the customer,I will make a complaint to manage when I go to pick up my prescription I'm very saddened I couldn't get through, that was the first time that happen they probably was Busy but they could at lease answers one time if they was busy they could of answer and said call back, I would of understand that wouldn't been a problem I would of call back later,I came from Winn Dixie Pharmacy I never had a situation .

Went in there to use the bathroom and I didn't know it was closed. After I finished using the bathroom the Spanish lady caught an attitude with me about using the bathroom. It was only 9:20 and they're already closing the bathroom and they close at 11? Rude and terrible.

Went there for the $19.99 covid test and nobody in that Pharmacy knew what I was talking about. I had already had at an at home negative covid test and just wanted a second test. Nobody knew a damn thing at all and the people in the pharmacy were very rude. I pointed to the poster about the covid test and they didn't know how to ring it up or how to even give it. Just let me sit there feeling very sick for 35 minutes after my appointment. I ended up just grabbing a covid test, which was $23 plus tax and walking out. These people were very inept and rude. I will never go back to Walgreens

Feel as though they are under staffed they never answer the phone and while in the store you have to keep acknowledging that you are there. Once noticed them they clueless as too the question you ask.

Pharmacy is horrible. Line to checkout is horrible so people are trying to come to the pharmacy to check out just to slow things down even more don't understand why it would take 5+ hours for 1 script.

I have had a couple of good experiences here, but lately it is just condescending pharmacy techs and pharmacists. Paying to be told I don't listen and to go away and call the request in is what finally made me move my prescriptions. I used to go to the walgreens on Nebraska and MLK before it closed down. Sounds like this store is following the same plan.
