Called to ask a question about medication availability and was told they are not taking any new patients. When I simply asked why, I was met met a shockingly rude “Because I am not taking new patients.” You don’t have to provide me a service, but the curt response is not appreciated and not helpful. Kindness and compassion go a long way. Would love to be a customer here as the location is perfect, but it is what it is. I was only told they aren’t accepting new patients after disclosing my medication and prescriber.
