I had a disappointing experience with this dealership. I was initially excited about a truck I found online, but when I scheduled a test drive, I was informed that the price was a "glitch" and the cost had increased by nearly $5,000. This felt like a classic bait and switch tactic, which left me frustrated and mistrustful of their practices.
To make matters worse, the Sales Manager was unhelpful and dismissive during our interactions. It's also worth noting the outrageous $1,100 dealer fee, which just adds insult to injury. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Veterans Ford is the best! There are 2 Ford dealerships closer to my home but have stayed with Veterans for years. I have bought 2 vehicles from them. Service department takes good care of them and are great at communicating any issues and what it takes to solve them. Waiting area is large and clean. Everyone there is friendly and tries to give you the best experience possible. Highly recommend them.

Travis the head of the service department was amazing when I had a problem with my car I bought 6 months ago from them and got the help I needed. Michael Neff was also great. The management of the service department is the best.

I recently had the opportunity to take my vehicle to Veteran Ford for a recall, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. As a long-time Ford owner, recalls can sometimes be inconvenient, but Veteran Ford made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
From the moment I contacted them to schedule the appointment, the customer service was exceptional. The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient.
On the day of the service, I was greeted warmly by the staff at Veteran Ford. The service department was well-organized. They quickly checked me in and reassured me that the recall work would be completed promptly. They even provided a comfortable waiting area with refreshments, Wi-Fi, and reading materials, making the wait pleasant.
I highly recommend Veteran Ford to any Ford owner, especially if you need to address a recall. Their professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to excellence are truly commendable.

Jalin the salesmen is a liar and a cheat he should be fired to keep veterans Ford good reputation, he does not know the answers to questions he says I have no way of getting the info on the computer and says check your warranty. The truck I got he should be ashamed of himself. He said he would show me work order , never happened , he said we took a walk around the truck he never did that. When I picked up the truck he had someone else bring it out(Roberto) and they never even talked to me when I was taking things out of my old truck into this one which is not worth it. He said I had ,6000.00 credit toward this truck a lie he told me does 29000 minus 6000 equal 32000, I want my old truck back I'm very disappointed with him

I’ve been coming here for several years for oil changes. They did a good job fixing my AC a year or two ago as well. I recently ran into an issue with them on an alignment and some damage to my bumper. When the service manager Brandon found out about it he reached out to me and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Refunded the alignment, set me up for a rental, and repaired the damage to the bumper. He even allowed me to get some extra work done I wanted to do personally while it was in their auto body shop being repaired.
I wish there wasn’t a problem with service to begin with but the length the service manager went through to make it right earned my trust back. I hope to continue to trust them with my vehicle and great service.

I took my car to this dealer with the expectation that "professional" mechanics would diagnose the problems my car was having (coolant leak and an electrical problem for no apparent reason) in addition to a recall requested by Ford. Well, the problems with the coolant leak, according to them, were not found and neither was the electrical problem. I agreed to pay USD 250 per hour of diagnosis hoping to get a solution but it was not like that and according to them they needed three hours to look for these problems that they finally did not find, so I had to pay three hours of diagnosis + taxes plus USD 811 dollars to leave there without any solution. Instead, they did give me a list of problems that they said they found for an estimate of almost USD 7,700 dollars. Truly a very unpleasant experience with this dealer to which of course I will not return and will not recommend.
PS: By the way, according to them the electrical problem was caused by the battery "in bad condition", a battery that has been used for 1 year and is under warranty. I had it checked and it is in perfect condition. I don't know what check they did, but I wasted my money.
