Make sure when you enter this pristine environment, you ask for Ryan W. or Logan S.! Ryan was the first one to greet me and addressed every question & concerns I had regarding getting a new phone, for it was hard to relinquish using my old device which was beginning to fail me. He suggested an Android which closely resembled my old phone with functionality and size, but MUCH better! He kept reassuring me that all the info on my old phone is safely transferable as he did what he's doing with all the gadgets at his disposal to update & transfer every single one of my apps, including my saved VM messages (voice of my Mama was one of the messages, which I treasure, seeing that she's since passed), games, documents, ALL of it! He & Logan worked in tandem to resolve every issue which cropped, whilst getting me on a lower plan with all the same advantages of the old. During that extended process, Ryan handed me a chilled bottled water (without my asking), as Logan & I were yucking it up about life's challenges & successes. I left that store with feelings of being seen, heard, respected & SO valued. In other words, almost like Royalty! ;) Ryan & Logan were simply superb! The only complaint I have is that I did not get to this store sooner.

Last Monday I went to resolve problems I had with the Verizon service in the Westshore plaza. And the worker named Ryan treated me very badly. First of all, he didn't want to help me because the previous time I had gone his colleague had helped me and of course the other colleague was the one who was going to earn the commission for having sold us the phones. and for that reason Ryan told me that he could not solve any of the reasons why I had returned yesterday, Monday, that I had to return when the other boy with whom I had previously dealt with was there. It was very disrespectful, he left me Even speaking to myself, he told me that he didn't speak Spanish and I won't have perfect English, but until now, everywhere I've gone, they understand me and I understand. And he understood perfectly what I wanted to do. He just didn't give him the chance. want to assist me. I had to leave without solving my problems. I didn't
It seems unethical or professional that they have people like that working there when you pay for a service. And they are paid an hourly wage as well. Not just a sales commission.

I have been putting off buying a new phone for several years because it can be worse than buying a new car. But Matthias, my Verizon salesman is a first class professional, and made the experience easy. He is a young pup who knows how to talk to old guys like me. I am sooo excited about my new phone now. Julia was AMAZING. She spent THREE hours with us getting new phone but more importantly getting our crazy ITunes accounts organized and set up. Julia single handedly saved our family!!!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!

Matias made the switching to a new carrier seamless. He gave me all my options and was very informative about any questions that I had. I didn’t even plan on buying a new phone and watch. But, I’m very happy that he was there, that’s why my girlfriend will be switch also to Verizon. ( Thanks Matias for being patient with me I had a ton of questions)

By far the WORST verizon experience I have ever had hands down. I was there for THREE hours and left crying without a new phone because I was so frustrated. I would have left after 1 hour but they messed up my current phone and could not leave until they resolved that issue. There is no reason a person should be in the store to upgrade their ONE cell phone for that long with no resolution. You should never leave one employee alone if they have no idea what they are doing and have to continuously call Verizon support or their manager at home for help. If I could give 0 stars I 100% would. You are nuts if you ever think about going there.

My recent experience with this retail store has been extremely disappointing, matching exactly what Carli Russell described in her review. Over three days and hours spent on the phone with customer service, I faced significant issues that were only partially resolved at a corporate store.
From the outset, I informed the salesman of my time constraints due to upcoming travel. Despite this, I encountered several problems:
1-The salesman falsely claimed my plan couldn't add extra service.
2-He suggested swapping phones to lower my monthly fees but required me to purchase unauthorized, non-returnable items and a gateway internet power adapter due to the new plan.
3-After wasting over three hours—during which I couldn't leave because my phone service had already been disconnected but couldn't complete the other steps—I was told I had to pay $230 in store fees, which were never mentioned initially.
The salesman insisted I take their gateway internet, falsely stating I could return it anytime at the store, even though I didn't need it. I only took the box just to leave the store after spending three hours there and mentally exhausted.
When I returned the next day to resolve these issues with the same rep, I was made to wait well over an hour before being told the computer was down. Upon returning the following day, a different sales rep revealed significant errors were made by the first rep on my account, who was new and alone that day. I was left without phone service, had to return the new phone, and couldn't return the gateway internet at the store. I had to visit a corporate office to resolve everything and hours of aggravation.
During this ordeal, the store rep's boss " LOGAN" was unhelpful and disrespectful, blaming me for not reading the documents and refusing further assistance. He insisted I leave the store.
The store manager refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing, despite the receipt clearly stating a 30-day return policy. The corporate store confirmed they frequently handle complaints about this retail location's unethical practices.
This store does not deserve your business. They are a retail store working on commission. For better service, visit an authorized Verizon corporate store.

The representatives at Verizon are exceptional. Logan is intelligent, informative, and knowledgeable. I felt very welcome at Verizon. Top notch Customer Service. After talking to Logan, Mattias, and Michael, I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon.

It seems like everytime I try to go this store there is either no on there or the store is closed because the sales person is off to lunch for an hour. It got so bad I actually ended up closing my account with Verizon and went with T-Mobil next door who ALWAYS have someone in their store. Whoever the manager is either needs to be fired or needs to hire more people.

Moe was our Verizon rep, he completely exceeded all our expectations, last thing he said after thanking my wife and I was if you need anything at all I'm here and told us his schedule, great experience, #1 Moe!!!

This is by far the worst location.
My first time here and the guy working made me feel so uncomfortable, then proceeded to insist I get an Apple Watch I don’t need.
Then when I bring it back, Sherri the manager apologized and said she would process a whole refund of the item.
She took the watch back but did nothing. 7 months later I’m still paying for an Apple Watch I don’t have & she’s giving me the run around. Now when I call to try and fix the issue, she’s hung up on me.. don’t bother coming here.. quite literally a scam
