When my phone suddenly died, I went to my local Verizon store, and Amy provided outstanding service, leading to a new phone, and when I had questions, Amy was unfailingly patient. I needed help with transferring the next day, and it was the same great service. Over the two days, I had the chance to observe what must be one of the outstanding store teams in the Verizon Galaxy (pun intended) with Lorenzo and Miguel as managers and the rest of the staff exhibiting professionalism even when I was the only customer in the store for a period of time.
@kevin_zavaglia, I believe we met when I ran either the WCBS or PIX11 newsroom, you are in my contact list, and I want you to know you have an ace team here in Tampa Bay! Your future managers are all in this store!

I went in recently to switch my android phone over but they acted like i should do it myself when I don't have any clue. as a rep what's their purpose then? show me so i know next time. Not very knowledable reps. they lost all my memorabilia photos of my pet that recently passed. Where is it ??????? totally upset. all talks about cloud etc...but i have no clue and my photos are gone n way less than what i had b4!! i never get any og SD cards, sim cards back as was replaced by a verizon sim card erc....why r they keeping my stuff? Are they reselling any unused sim card? It automarically came with the new phone i bought!!! Where's the icon for the microphone its missing & they can't fig it out. Hellooooooooo. No excuses plz for answers YOU DON'T KNOW. Hellooo.

I recently had a complex issue at Verizon, and Rylee and Lorenzo were absolute lifesavers! They patiently listened to my problem and offered clear guidance throughout the entire process. Their expertise and willingness to help truly impressed me. Thanks to them, I was able to get to a solution!
Definitely recommend this Verizon location for anyone needing top-notch customer service!

Rylee Nieporte! Give the very great customer service and she is very outstanding! On the contrary, she gives a very welcoming and comforting environment, and tackles the issues that you may be problems about, until they are corrected! Very great service!

“Excellent costume service” on a recent visit to this store I had a great experience while fixing a very stressful situation, Lorenzo who I believe is the manager went above and beyond helping me with my son’s phone making sure that everything was working correctly even though it took hours of work , he and his team worked in perfect synchrony while taking care of costumers , always patient, always nice and friendly.

So my daughter just purchased iPhone though the website where there was a deal until the manger Camron just rob her just canceled the order right on the spot and put it in the back of the store this right here needs to be resolved ASAP if not, this will go on the local news

Been with Verizon 20 years and just upgraded 2 phones! Each time an insurance charge of $17 dollars was added to my account! Never discussed or authorized by me! I never accepted any insurance on my phone.. Find another store as Citrus Park is very shady and dishonest..
