Good
The salesman that helped me was excellent. Took the time to explain the new phone to me and transferred all my data to the new phone.
Bad
Bought the screen protector and Otterbox with the phone. Knew it was overpriced, but wanted to leave the store with a complete phone. Screen protector cracked in the first week. Went to warranty my screen protector through Zagg and they wanted $9.99 for shipping. Which tells me they want to be paid for the replacement.
Found them on Amazon for $6.89 for three protectors. Free shipping

This is the worst service ever! They tried charging us to fix our phones then try to charge us just to let my wife transfer our data from our old phones to our new $1400 phones, because we're taking up space! When the first lady screwed up our data on our phones the second time coming to thus store! THE FIRST TIME VERIZON REP OVER THE PHONE SCREQED UP All four phones our old ones and the new ones that cane in the mail from a verizon representative. TOOK US A WEEK JUST TO GET IT FIXED! IM SO DONE WITH VERIZON SEEVICE AND THEIR PHONES.

Terrible service. Came in to find out about the current new iPhone promotion and switch from another carrier. Woman told us it would be 200$ minimum and that Verizon was the most expensive carrier around all when we walked in the lobby before we even sat down. We were the only customers in the store also. No other options provided just kind of looked at us. Very strange sales tactic.

I recently had to visit Verizon with some issues regarding my phone. I was instantly welcomed and assisted by Grace. She was very knowledgeable and after going through some promotions I had available to me I felt comfortable making a decision. Grace went above and beyond and I will definitely be back for all my future needs.

Terrible service, I don't recommend it, don't come here, it's a complete disappointment and they never do things right, they don't explain it to you and you won't leave satisfied, I came for a family plan and it didn't work, everything was terrible, hours of waiting and in the end they never resolved me !!!!If you don't want to get upset go to another location!!!!

Terrible service, I do not recommend it, we went for a family plan and we were waiting for 6 hours so that in the end we left without a line on the phone and without service, they recommended that we return the next day and it turns out that they called us to tell us that they could not assist us I really don't recommend them because you will only leave upset. Very bad service. I recommend not going there for any reason.

I went here to get a new phone and spent all day waiting around for the information to port over to the new phone, for them to not make sure that it had worked and deleted all of my information. I lost all my photos, notes, and contacts, and there was never an apology or any compensation given even though the owner was working that day. I highly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

This is not a Verizon store. It's a 3rd party dealer who marks up their prices insanely high. They could not replace my stolen phone. Instead, I was charged $35 for a $20 SIM card to put in a spare phone I already had in order to have service. The Verizon store I went to the following day was able to replace my stolen phone without issue but could not refund the purchase for the SIM card they verified I was almost charged double for. I do not recommend going here. Find another Verizon store to go to.
