Be careful when buying a car before signing any document they give you a price and do not tell you the numbers saved for the end

Sold me a car with a bad catalytic converter check engine light came on within a 100 miles of driving and the starter went out at a 1000 miles. Owner says "sold as is". I payed 8k for junk.I did contact you and you told me your mechanic said the check engine light came on due to humidity. I immediately went to Autozone to see what the check engine light was. Low and behold catalytic converter failure. I contacted you then and told you.....you insisted it was the humidity. So $119.00 at midas for inspection catalytic needs to be replace. So I still stand by words thank you very much!!!You didnt work with me at all. I was civil the 1st two times I called. Yet when another issue as my starter dying at a thousand mile, you want me to call you and be civil? When the best you had to offer 3 months ago was " check engine light is coming on because of the humidity" and " car sold as is"! Are you kidding me! I have every right to be angry. So Im sorry for my very boisterous outburst and vulgar language....but to a car note on a car I cant use..... just to spend untold thousand of dollars to fix it, after only a thousand miles....yeah you just ruined my credit.....and you dont like my language! Ur lucky I dont tow it there and leave it....like I said JUNK!!!!!! Good day and God bless us all dealin with you.

Although we didn’t end up with a car, I must commend Frank. He stands by his word and in some instances will go beyond his word in order to ensure a satisfied customer. He’s not just a car salesman, but a good person. I’d feel confident purchasing a car here.

I came into the building knowing exactly what I wanted and Gilberto went above and beyond to accommodate. Unlike other dealers I didn't feel an ounce of pressure with this purchase. EVERYONE in this office are not only kind but knowledgeable on the products that they are selling. I bought a great car from great people and would recommend you do the same ?

An absolute nightmare! Car sold to me with paper thin brake pads. Missing wheel well liner. Missing headlight bulb cover. Air conditioning horrible. Check engine light came on when I was driving home after I purchased the vehicle. It turns out it was a vacuum leak. Tire sensor missing driver side front. Spare tire cover installed upside down. Repeated phone calls to the general manager went unanswered. Repeated email sent to the general manager went unanswered. 2 months later I'm still waiting for my title. I finally had to get the State of Florida involved, that's when the general manager contacted me and said that UPS lost my title. If I didn't get the State of Florida involved, they would have never contacted me from the dealership. There's a female that keeps answering the phone there, and all I hear from her was, that it's not her job, not her department! I finally got my registration and title from the dealer, only to also receive an email from him stating that it wasn't his fault, of course I replied back to him that he should have kept me in the loop and that he should have returned my call. In other words he should have been more transparent. I felt like I was in the third world country trying to talk to these people, all they kept saying is that they've been in business for 17 years. He did purchase brand new brake pads for me and also a wheel liner, but the wheel liner does not match the passenger side. It is not original Kia part. Of course he made me drive all the way back to Tampa to pick up the parts instead of having them delivered to me. This was an absolute nightmare! Buyer beware! Very shady people! In my opinion they just slapped this car together and sold it while all along knowing that parts were missing from this vehicle! They just don't care! The nucleus of the human rectum!UPDATE: over a year later and I'm still finding parts missing on the driver side of this vehicle! Unbelievable! Please don't make the same mistake I made and didn't bring a mechanic with me to inspect the vehicle before I bought it!
