Shawn and his team were absolutely amazing. They were able to get the ball rolling as soon as we were in contact. I appreciate how the team was always there when needed and he was always in contact with us. He was able to get our loan closed within a week. Dishonest and not upfront. When I first purchased my home I made sure to ask them to apply my full Sellers concessions to the cost, which they did, written out in the paper work. On the day of closing, they told me it could not actually all be applied, which while accurate, felt intentional that they had hid it before. They also estimated my payments year 1-30 but conveniently forgot about the Save Our Homes act that way limiting taxes and would change in year 2. These are things lenders should know about and not hide.
