On last Saturday I was visiting ValuePawn. I had Hector to help me now normally I would go to Angie but she was in the back. Hector was showing me items now I said something like I already how this works then he snapped on me. He told me to step outside and he can meet me out outside. As I’m looking at him I’m still calm and he was the aggressor. Then the manager said to us both HEY BOTH OF YALL STOP. I told her isn’t this your boyfriend she said yes now at that point she taking up for her boyfriend and talking at me. Angie watching like in shocked do Angie started helping me and I was telling her about the situation even though she was there and Yadi yelled at me again talking about stop bringing it up now I’m on the phone with someone and they hear it all. I never been disrespected at ValuePawn. The bad part is he is new. This is one bad seed y’all need to get him out the door. Thanks Angie for all of your help.

Lady covering the store was super friendly. Another lady was foul mouthed and F bombing about not getting a bonus and having to open and close working 6-7 days a week. Gotta make some fixes here

I want to thank the value pawn today that I was in location on North Nebraska avenue just south of Hillsboro the the staff was very helpful the manager there Steve and especially Nicole they had great customer service they were very friendly and very helpful especially Nicole Nicole had helped me above and beyond she was very friendly at the time and I want to thank the staff there at value pawn and jewelry keep it up

Nicole stopped what she was doing. And excepted my bike though they stopped taking any ,for me..and gave me more than I expected. ? She's the best. She did that!
And Dylan gave off great customer service,while I was there he's awesome too.

I would like to say I've been to a couple of pawn shops in Tampa. But none of them was like this punch up. They had literally 2 peowhen I went in there. It took me about 10 minutes to get taken care And I've never seen 2 workers like Stephen. An the coal take care of 10 customers within a 20 minute time frame jester. 2 of them beautiful, the best pawn shop. I've ever went to the fastest service with the most efficient. Also their multitasking skills are on point!
