They have not picked up my entire floor’s trash in the past two weeks for unknown reasons, but will pick up the trash at other buildings and floors. Absolutely horrible service that our apartment complex makes us pay for.

Just bad service. We pay $30 a month at our apartment and they find every reason not to take our trash. If you don’t exactly face your trash can 90 degrees opened and tied in a cute bow with a love letter (exaggerated but barely) they will leave it for weeks.
