Every time I have to get my medication delivered since I have to sign for it, they never knock and try to deliver it, this has happened 2xs now, then I have to go chase it down and wait for a redelivery. I'm furious. I watched him today pull the truck in front of my building. Then moments later pull off. Did not come to my door at all. Moments later get a tried to deliver but was unable. said a notice was left on the door. Absolutely was not because they never came to my door. IM FURIOUS especially because I won't get it until Tuesday. I'M FED UP.

I will write a bad review and will send my local assemblymen a formal complaint. This young lady with red hair, was very upset after helping out my senior mother and father after she told them to go down to the hospital and get an updated birth certificate. Because his was one from 1948. They went back after the lady had instructed them too. She got upset at my parents and started getting a nasty attitude. That’s very unsat and the postmaster will be notified!

Very bad service, Miss Far with red braids and Mr. Ruben treat Hispanics very badly, if you don't speak English and need to get a passport, don't come here, they are a disgrace to the United States Postal Service, God bless them.

Employee started the whole conversation with, "here's the problem." He and the other employee, a woman with red hair, refused to print my label insisting that my package was too small. I said I understand, and asked if they would please just try. They refused to print the label and even gave me attitude. I went down the street to another post office and they quickly printed label, put it on the package, and said "goodbye" with a smile. I'll never come back to this USPS location. Rude service and walked away without being able to mail my package when the other USPS could just follow a simple request.

If you are Hispanic and don't speak English, don't go, because Eduardo is in charge of humiliating you. He speaks more Spanish than English. The English accent is horrible but he still doesn't speak Spanish to you.
For management and human resources, Eduardo is their worst employee.

If you need anything mailed priority, go someplace else. I mailed priority packages from the neighboring post offices and they got there in 3 days. But here...no. Drop off at 9:30 in the morning and they sit for 24 hours. Then they go to Ybor city and sit for 24 hours. So 6 days later my package finally arrives and it doesn't even matter cuz it's all garbage now. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had bought the $70 overnight delivery they were trying to sell me.

I have been here several times to drop off packages already labeled and just wanting them scanned. I go after work at around 4pm same time on last two occasions. I do this because I don't want to leave my package in open bin in the post office. Anyone can just reach in and leave with packages.So I get my scan and postal worker throws my package in a bin about 6 feet behind her. Really?It has happened twice now. Total disregard for your package right in front of you. Is this women so lazy she can't take 2 steps back and place the package in the bin..What about she misses and falls on the ground?.totally irritating.

It is really sad that being bilingual, the employer Edgardo doesn't want to help latin people like him. Many times, I have seen him letting people go because they don't speak English. 0 customer service here. Never visit this place again. I speak English, but I hate to see how he treats latins like him.
