It’s ONE lady in the office who honestly was VERY nosey. I got something delivered to this post office for my old address in 33618 area. I was told by THE SENDERS (government) , all I have to do is show my Id and they can CHECK for my mail with just MY NAME, cause I had it sent there, and nothing else is needed. But the lady wanted to know who, how, and why and wasn’t even trying to look for my mail. And I’ve been a victim of fraud and other HORRIBLE THINGS in this area 33618 and in Augusta Ga. so my P.T.S.D, trauma response or whatever gets triggered when people are in my business and aren’t trying to help. Anyway she wouldn’t even take my Id and look just because I wouldn’t answer all her questions. it was her sweet manager that actually TOOK THE TIME to look it up. And I came back another time SADLY the manager wasn’t there and “Mrs. Nosey” she wanted my Id to look and just do her job THIS TIME but it was too late she showed me she was just kinda rude and VERY nosey and I didn’t want any dealings with her… so update… SOMEONE sent my package back. Would it have been the “Nosey Karen” I will never know. But if you are anything like me and you like SOME STUFF PRIVATE, be careful ALOT OF NOSEY PEOPLE and energy vampires are OUT! RIGHT NOW! WATCHING AND LISTENING ? BUT I JUST HATE NOSEY PEOPLE ?? it Gives “I don’t like my life, so I’d rather be in your business” and FUNNY cause I don’t have much BUT yet I have and still meet new people that envy me. “How are you intimidated by a sweet goofy mf” my favorite saying ? how are the demons going to feel when I do have EVERYTHING to go with the VIBES AND ENERGY ?? ? LORDT

From the self service kiosk to the front desk helpers, this post office has always been great. Mike is an absolute delight at the front desk, and every associate is knowledgeable. Always a friendly and clean environment.

Had the pleasure of dealing with one of the most unpleasant and dishonest postal workers at this location. Her name is Bernadette. I stood in line and waited and got to witness this workers demeanor with customers. She's rude and condescending to say the least but here's the kicker... I asked her for the mail in "Change of Address" because this is the safest way to keep the myriad of junk mail from following you. Bernadette said in a very harsh tone.. "You have to do that online.. we don't do mail in anymore". Then she said " Next person in line"... Well I drove to the other USPS in Carrollwood where they gladly handed me the mail in form and actually looked like they appreciated their jobs and us customers. I confronted Bernadette and let her know I was on to her. My hope is she will take a good look at herself and find some integrity.

Been coming to this location which closes 7pm on weekdays for a while now vs the one on 14910 N. Dale Mabry which closes at 4pm daily. Apart from a smaller footprint, the 12651 N. Dale Mabry across from Lowes, this location is more convenient and the whole staff including Peggy & Ed is most helpful and patient and courteous. Keep up the good work & attitude especially around Christmas time.

what is the point of self service kiosk with label printing if it doesnt work? seems it has been out of service for a while. it tells you to go to the counter but they refused to print my label. I shouldn't have to go to a completely different place to print my return label. the male attendant named Mike who I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive, it's obvious he does not want to be there. terrible customer service.
after printing my label at the library I came back and Bernadette was very nice. I witnessed Mike being rude (again) to multiple other patrons while I was in line. his tone is completely unacceptable and the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because BERNADETTE was nice and friendly. there are multiple other negative reviews about Mike saying the same things. someone needs to do something about him because his attitude is seriously impacting their business.
