My review is for the new Smart Locker system. Total garbage. System has constant errors and goes on failed mode. Your unable to pick up your package. Was told it's probably going through and update procedure. Went back to the Post office 4 hours later and still on failed mode. Waste of customers time. Go back to keyed lockers!!!!!!

Ms. Ebony gets me in and out so quickly and I do appreciate it. I do several certifieds at once and she flys threw them. Everyone at this office has always been a pleasure to do business with.

THEY FIXED THE ISSUE AND SOMEBODY EVEN MADE SURE TO STAY LATER FOR ME TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE THEY ROCK I EVEN HAD SOMEONE CALL ME TO CHECK ON ME TO MAKE SURE I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. THEY ROCK. JUST TELL MY CARRIER TO WORK WITH ME LOL

Am a DOT package delivery driver and was delivering package, rang door bell 3 times and knocked on the metal shaky door and Kim answered it with the biggest attitude. She was completely rude to me in front of other customers. I needed to deliver to a associate/receptionist and required name and signature and she took the package from me and completely ignored me and slammed the door in my face. I will be calling to report her.

This facility is the most ghetto and inefficient of all!!! To start describing this awful place, I would like to highlight how they never restock the supplies such as flat rate priority envelopes in the outside shelves. It is always empty. Secondly, the after hours mail dispenser for boxes and packages has been broken for the last 5 months. I have complained to the manager multiple times and he always promises that it will be fixed soon. I don’t know how hard or expensive can it be to fix a simple metal dispenser. The lines are long and there is always only 1 or 2 members in the front counters. I don’t know how a federal facility especially a busy one can work with as little staff. This is ridiculous, where is the tax money going to? This mail place reminds me of Cuba.
