Lavette was very amazing today she went back 3 times to make sure my package was there and she had a cheerful and amazing attitude she will need a raise for how amazing she was today!

I came in to tell the clerk that it had been sent to the wrong post office, but she kept shutting me down. Eventually, she said she would look for it in the back. She picked out a cigarette and a lighter, out her bag, and went outside. When she came back, she smelled like a cigarette. She said she couldn't find the order, wrote my name down on a piece of paper, and said she might check today but made no promises. It was frustrating to see such a lack of urgency and concern for my situation.

Horrible USPS office. Lost a package a few months ago, no big deal it was $40 but I called it in to try and get money back because I got insurance for it. Instead, USPS tried blaming me by asking if I was on the lease because whoever they gave it to “doesn’t recognize” my name. What kind of excuse is that? Living near a college, people come and go all the time. It’s a sad excuse to point the finger anywhere but at themselves.
Furthermore, they just lost another one of my packages that was $80. Priority shipping. How does this happen? I’m going to figure out the process of how to close this office because clearly nothing is working and based off of other reviews, nobody is happy with this one. Total of $120 lost to one USPS office which has never happened previously. Quit delivering your packages to the wrong agents.

They always seem to be understaffed even on Tax Day. I never see more than 2 counters open. That's not their fault but the line moves fairly quickly and they are always friendly, patient, and helpful.

God awful service. I gave it 1 star for the self service machine. I usually use the self service but needed a receipt so I waited in line. Got to the associate within 5 mins and asked for assistance printing a shipping label and a package tape strip since there were none left. She told me they don’t print labels in shop (according to her, not even at the self service) and told me I had to buy a whole roll for tape. She said I had to go to a printing shop to get a label and said come back to this post office when I do. So I exited line, went to self service, and printed myself a label. Ta-da! Waited in line for another 30 mins to get a receipt. Other lady there was much more helpful and nice. Will be driving the extra 10 mins to go to the temple terrace one now.

Super long lines and only two people working. How the hell does that work? People have places and lives to go and do. Worst post office I’ve ever walked into.

This post office deserves every low rating they get. I tried so hard to keep from rating badly due to the fact that I wanted to give the place a chance. There are so many instances where the rating isn't warranted.
But the only thing I've learned is if there are multiple low ratings, then there is a reason why. No one answers the phone and no one here wants to help. I've looked for help many times with packages and mail and every time I've been spoken over, sent in a circle of misinformation, and ultimately dismissed.
If you have questions or need help, you can immediately feel that these people don't want to work with you. Somehow this location makes you feel bad for asking for assistance.
If you are within the zipcode of this post office (like me) and your mail happens to route through here because of it, I feel for you.

Literally THE WORST location I have ever encountered. I paid for a mailbox to be re-keyed 2/2/24 and they lost the keys, the work order and had no information regarding the service. Even after I supplied a receipt AND a transcribed voicemail from them stating the keys could be picked up and the box was done, they had no idea what I was talking about. It took me placing THREE set ice requests through corporate (which took them 72 hours to respond to each one) and then filing a complaint to be investigated before anyone responded via email. I had to show up in person 3 times and finally got my box re-re-keyed and got my keyed delivered today, 3/22/24. The incompetence is unmatched

How is it China can track my packages better and more accurately than the local postal service. It’s been in your possession for 4 days now, and it still has yet to even be entered in the system. But China tells me when it gets farted on sideways within minutes. I feel like this is a DIRECT reflection of our government local, state and federal. It’s completely disgraceful.

The black woman with a long braid in her hair working the front desk on the morning of 2/1/2024 was AWFUL!!! I came in there to look for a package that was falsely marked as vacant by my carrier and she would not help me at all. I tried to be as polite as possible and was still met with such rudeness? Tried telling me the tracking number I had was “fraudulent” because it was China Post. HUH? Not everything that comes over seas is fraudulent. It showed on MULTIPLE official mail tracking websites that USPS was the last company to have it. She would not even attempt to look where they hold packages (per their own website they’re supposed to hold vacant packages/mail for 10 days). She lied to my face and told me it would not be there. It wasn’t until I pressed further and got a supervisor involved to finally look, and what do you know? It was there, where they hold packages! Unbelievable. If it was up to her, I would’ve never received my package. I work in healthcare myself and know how stressful jobs can be, but you need to remember you are a government employee and these are people’s money you’re messing with! If you don’t want to take an extra 10 minutes to correct a mistake on your end, you should not be working in government. If you have a missing package and they’re not willing to help you, press them and get a supervisor involved! Otherwise you will just be bullied into leaving and you’ll never get it. ):
