Shipped a headlight to a buyer with them using a brand new box, with a lot of protection to the item (Foam packaging and a lot of bubble wrap). I sent it by hand to this USPS store on Saturday June 1st. By next Wednesday, the tracking number still shows as if I didn't even send them the product. I went to the store and asked how come, they said "We just didn't scan it... We do that sometimes"... The buyer got anxious and started asking when I'll send the product.
By June 10th, the item is received by the buyer. The buyer find the box torn with 4 holes in it, and the item broken.
Now I'm refunding and I'm $150 down because of their bad service. This is the 2nd time this happens. USPS is only good for small packages, and nothing else... All in all, I will never be shipping with them again. No wonder they have a 1.2 star on trust pilot.

I read the reviews before coming to this location but thought things might have gotten better. NOPE! Trainee would not allow me as a walk-in even though I can at about 2:15 and was willing to wait until walk-in time. There was about 3 ppl in there and she still wouldn't see me. She told me to find another location. I read reviews on her but thought it could have just been that day but NOPE! She's not helpful at all.

I am writing this review specifically for an employee at this postal location. A women at the front named TRAINE. White lady with blond hair. She was very rude and condescending every time I asked a question. She refused to track a package for me and didn't even try to check because she claims "the systems" are down non of the computers can complete the search. There were at least 5 people in line who got assistance and was using the computer. Ridiculous! She repeatedly stated she could not go to the back of the distribution place to check the mail. When I never requested her to check in the back. I mean this women either is crazy or was having a bad day. I see why this location has low reviews. On top of that my certified mail letter has not arrived to my residence, but all the other mail arrived. I mean it's either theft or incompetence. This women literally is the reason why the customer service sucks here!

Went on 2/25/2024 for a walk-in to renew a passport for a minor. Arrived at 2:25pm and took a seat. We were second in line as walk-in customers. The clerk on duty took care of folks who had appointments and then at 2:52pm once all appointments were completed she handed out tickets for those folks waiting in the lobby as walk-in customers. She was courteous, friendly, and efficient. She provided excellent service which reflected well on the USPS and US government employees in general. Also thanks to the USPS for providing this service on Saturday and Sunday so that folks who cannot miss work can make it to a place to do passport business. It was rewarding to see a government agency and its employee providing outstanding service. Thank you.

On 2/17/24 went to the post office for new passport. Checked the website for schedule and it listed walk in for Saturday from 3-4pmI was there at 2:55 there was a line of 3 people ahead waited for over 10 minutes outside on the rain then a worker came out to tell us to walk around that they were closed only doing appointmentsWalked around and everyone were told that there was no walk in because of short staffNo consideration that people work Monday through Friday and Saturday is the only free dayWill never go to this post office

Avoid this place for getting a passport. Most incompetent set of individuals I've ever dealt with at a USPS. Had appointment for 1 pm and apparently they assign a specific person for your appointment and no one else will help you even though our person didn't show up to work . Not until I started complaining did the get a replacement person to take our paperwork 45 minutes later.They also closed the location early since they were short handed so the people behind us that had appointments were out of luck and were turned away.We dealt with nothing but arrogance and lack of respect for others time.

Anita at the front counter was by far the rudest person I’ve ever met. I was returning a package which required no label nor box and she was very rude in telling me that she wasn’t taping anything back together & I needed to tape it myself. She needs to retire because clearly she’s miserable. No one with that attitude should work in customer service.However the lady at the passport counter was very nice & pleasant.

Probably the best branch vs the other usps in the area.Honestly avoid usps please, mail is always lost I mail stuff often and I usually have 1 situation a month. Using any usps office and I mail at least 10 letters or boxes a month !!
