Typical Government Service.
My postman left a notice on my door to pick up my package at the Hillsdale Office which was clearly printed on the notice, When I arrived to pick up the package they were not able to find it, ultimately an employee came out and said you're at the wrong office, you need to go to the right post office with a typical government attitude - she didn't want any talk back from me. She implied she was just going to just walk away with her bad attitude as if it was my fault for the mishap with no apology for the mistake taking me 12 miles out of the way. As she walked off she told me, "Common Sense would tell you your at the wrong post office. And they wonder why they are going out of business.

Such bad service, they take a long time to attend to me. I delivered the package to be returned to that office and the carrier sold theft and left the package empty.

This post office is very bad at providing service, my husband and sister-in-law have had problems with the change of address, they have gone several times to this town and have not been able to resolve. The treatment they have given him is very bad, we are very frustrated and despised with the service. The letters are lost, and they do not arrive, because they do not solve the problem. We no longer know what to do or where to go to be able to solve.
Really very frustrating.

I don't know who supervises the mail carriers but they need to be fired. Packages are constantly missing. It pisses me off when UPS transfers my Packages to USPS. Last month I had two complaints and this weekend they lied about delivering a large box in my mailbox. No way can you fit that box in a small apartment size mailbox. Someone is stealing or stupid. This needs to stop!!! Update This PO definitely needs a Kiosk. Why would the one and only person at the counter start stocking the shelves at 8am when you have a bunch of people waiting?

AWFUL!!!!It is the third time they have disappeared with my mail. I received the notification and the photo with the USPS informed delivery; all other mail shown arrived but my gift, and when I tried to go to this USPS they just said they couldn’t do anything about it. How cana mailpiece disappear from inside a mailbox that only USPS has access to? How? And it isn't the first time and just happens with valuable things such gift cards, new CC and Debit cards. Sketchy! The worst USPS center I ever had to deal with!

So today I went to talk to the manger and he was so rude to me wait I am busy .And never came after about 10 min wait and I talk to him and left I will never to to this post office again customer service supposed to be nice not rude .

Laziest people . I bring product in with a return label . USPS guy says they can’t scan my label or print it out that I gotta do it myself and bring it in. I’ve came to this usps for years and they would print my label for me. What’s changed ? !

Today I came with my husband to this place to send a package. They charged us $9.80. My husband paid with 20 dollars. The man who served him returned only 20 cents, claiming that my husband had only given him 10 dollars to pay. We asked them to check the cameras so they could see that my husband had paid with $20. They told us that they do not have access to those cameras. Anyway, we lost the 10 dollars back. We feel cheated and super upset by that action. We will never return to that place again. They are not reliable to us.
