Bad, slow service. Visited 3 times about not receiving a package w a tracking number. Had to leave my number for the 'manager' to contact me about my issue... Have never heard from the 'manager' about the package I've never received.

I've been picking up mail here for 10 years and have ALWAYS had GOOD, POLITE service. They don't take calls because their job is to process all the mail and to man the pick-up window which is always busy!
