Pray you don't have to go to the annex. Hard to find anyone to help you and employees don't want to be bothered by you looking for your missing package.

This by far the worst post office service I have seen in my life. I have lived in ten different states and I have never seen anything like it. They constantly lose packages or mark unable to deliver even when you schedule a pick up. The carrier will take your packages and say they were unable to deliver it. Then when you go to the annex they will say no one is there in the morning to read online request to let them know to hold the package. If no is there in the morning to check to see if there is scheduled receiver or pick up, then what is the point of the system?l? USPS needs to shut this location down and just route the mail through somewhere else. I did not have these kinds of issues with a postoffice even when I was living in other surrounding areas. Other parts of Tampa, no issue, Clearwater, no issue, St Pete, no issue. This place is absolutely terrible.

My refund check magically didn’t make it to me or my address so I assume an employee did something to it cause I’m still waiting and been getting the runaround. An that’s been since March 27. Contacting their complaint office OIG really isn’t helpful either so y’all best bet is to pick important mail up from the post office it self or you it might magically be misplaced or whatever.

If anyone is wondering this place is an actual post office don’t bother calling the number no one is going to answer the phone just rings however you have to show up to this location around 9:00am to 10:00am to get help from a supervisor when you arrive it seems sketchy but it’s not just park and walk up to the doors of the post office and ring the bell you will be greeted by a nice man or woman and they will assist you with your mail

There is no post office at this location. They also do not answer their phone. There are USPS trucks and a sign but no entry. I think it is a sorting center?

Today 9/11/2020 I went to pick up my mail in the mail box located in Tampa, Florida, 33619 and my package was open. The seal was cut! All the things that were inside fell to the ground. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO OPEN A MAIL THAT BELONGS TO SOMEONE ELSE! What's going on in USPS 33619 9860 Currie Davis Dr. Tampa, Fl, 33619 - 9998 post office?

There are a few carries at this location that ruin the reputation for the rest. This hub, which I believe is just a distribution facility, delivers to my office. Packages are frequently marked as "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location" during office hours, after mail has already been delivered. Packages are also marked as incorrectly addressed, when the employees awaiting receipt have informed delivery, and have a photo of the package, with the correct address on the label. We have had outgoing mail left in various places in the building rather than being taken with the carrier, much of it time sensitive due to the nature of our business. Calling the location is typically very helpful in resolving these issues, however the repetition of these same problems is beginning to overshadow that. Attached is a screenshot of a "delivery attempt" that allegedly occurred yesterday, while I was still at work, and the office was open. The rest of the mail arrived earlier in the day. This item was a Christmas gift that was needed this weekend. Very disappointing service.
