If you ever order anything from this company they use a courier service that can’t help you in any way if your order is delivered to the wrong address. Why do they even have a customer service team when all they do is put you on hold to speak to a fake supervisor that’s just as incompetent. I will never order anything again from them and I regret spending so much money supporting this company when they wouldn’t even send out replacements or stop the delivery from going to an address I don’t even reside at.

Nice store for the younger crowd, my daughter loves it. Bigger store than I've seen, could be because it's in the international mall in Tampa. Clean and friendly staff.

Waiting patiently in line to purchase a gift card only to be looked at while waiting and then blatantly overlooked. Another customer walks up next to me and the cashier asked if she could help her all the while I am still standing there. When I asked if she was serious and pretends not to see me the other cashier says to me it was probably because I didn't have anything my hand. Well of course not, I was purchasing a gift card. And because the gift cards are not visable, I was waiting. I know how that made me feel and I will not allow my daughter to shop there anymore. I will not mention the reason she overlooked me but I'll just spend my money elsewhere. 2 lost customers.

My all time favorite store but this location was a bit disappointing.. they had a very little selection of sizes and products. As well as workers seemed offended when i asked for help finding a size and then walked off and did not help me, however they had no problem at all helping my boyfriend. This is not the urban outfitters i know and love, very disappointing

Love the store, mostly shop home goods online. Trendy store geared toward younger shoppers, high school to 30, more edgy than American Eagle or Hollister, more like Tilly's but with more. They have a large selection of non clothing items, in skin and hair care. nails. candles, aromatherapy, gift items, etc. My daughter found her skin cream there and said it is cheaper than at Ulta. They have some home decor goods in store, but a huge selection on line. Always check it out when I go to International Plaza.
