If I could put 0, I would. I sent passports to overnight by 12:30 delivery for $115! They were never scanned as picked up from storeAnd I called the location I to find out where they were because they DID NOT arrive ! I was told just to put in a claim but they may still arrive. Which was ridiculous since the package was never scanned by anyone outside that store. I explained I needed to board a plane the next day . They were less than helpful insisting the package was picked up the night before and driver just must not have scanned it . Anyway long story short they were MIA for awhile and I missed my plane and had to cancel my vacay, loosing a lot of $$!!!!the delivery guarantee means nothings. It took more than 3 weeks and countless calls to only get a partial refund of the delivery fee. The owner basically could care less and I would suggest you choose a different location to send your packages. There’s one on every corner. In fact, I’llUse FEDEX from now on!

I stopped in here yesterday to inquire about the cost of shipping a package from Tampa, FL to Waddy, KY. I requested the cheapest way possible, I was told that is “Ground’ via UPS. I said sure. A young girl with glasses then proceeded to weigh and measure my package. It was in a typical cardboard box: 14 inches long, 6 inches high and 5 inches wide. The weight of the package was a mere 2 pounds 8.7 ounces, she then told me that the cost to ship this GROUND would be $25.98. Let me repeat that, she tried to charge me $25.98 to ship a 2 pound 8.7 ounce non fragile, cardboard box via GROUND!Luckily there is a full service United State Post Office very close to this UPS location. I went to that post office this morning and do you know what they charged me to ship the exact same box? $11.80 This UPS store tried to charge more than TWICE what the post office charges to ship the same exact box! Thank God Americans have the post office! If not for the U.S. postal service, we would be FORCED to pay these insane prices set by corporate owned shipping companies! At least the post office gives us a CHOICE not to! Sure you may have to wait a little longer in line than you would a privately owned UPS store but at least you aren’t being gouged to death to pay to ship your package!Do not go here if you need to pay to ship something. The only thing this UPS location is good for is dropping off Amazon returns with pre-paid labels.

Never ever go to this place to send anything valuable. I paid 22$ to send a couple of legal documents. They messed up so bad, never delivered, never accepted the responsibility. I am planning to contact Florida fair business agency and report them.

This is the worst store I have ever experienced. I made an appointment online for notary services and when I got there the front desk teller was unable to assist. She was defensive and advised she was unsure why I was able to make such an appointment. She mentioned she did not have the ability to provide notary services even though it says that service is available both in the store and online.When calling the 877 #, they had me wait 30+ minutes to call another number which could not help me. There is no such thing as customer service. If allowed, never do business with them. It’s not worth it.

The young ladies there, just now, really helped my mom and me out. They were thoughtful and showed us how to repack the merchandise. It could not all fit in the box. They were invested in helping us and went the extra mile. God bless them! They turned a very hard, awkward situation into a supportive one. "Lost" two pairs of Nikes and then UPS gave me the runaround. I opened an investigation, which UPS closed without finding the shoes. Then I called two more times only to see that my claim was not approved because there was "not enough information". All I know is that my shoes were never scanned out of this store. Don't ship anything valuable out of this location as you may find your items "lost" too.

customer service here is awful, there’s always something every time i go there . Last time they sent me to khols with a package i was going to return and we i went to khols they said that was a label to return at ups

Wrong hours posted for Christmas Eve as the ONLY UPS open till 6pm. Only to see they were super closed. Did someone forget to update the hours? Time and gas wasted

The two girls that you have working today 12/31/22 are absolutely rude. They were not up front when I entered. They heard the bell ring when I entered stayed in back UNTIL I said hello. Came out no greeting. No thank you. Have a good day. Nothing. Monotone. RBF face & communicating amongst themselves while the other was on their phone. SMH. Do better UPS

I was in need of help not being computer savvy and the two young ladies Bella and Lexy at the store were life savers. They were so professional and experienced. They knew exactly what I needed and took care of it right away. Keep up the good word ladies!! I will definitely recommend this location.

Amazing UPS store! I had an amazing experience with the store. Gabrielle was extremely helpful with getting my packages handled in a timely manner, I don’t know what I would’ve done without her.
