Went to mail a package ups and they mailed it USPS and 6 days later we don’t know were the package is for tracking is not there so they got my money and we don’t have are package just think we paid for 3 day shipping just thanks next time I will go to fedx

I visited your store today to drop off a few packages and it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I entered the store the front desk was unattended and music blaring. After waiting for a few minutes an employee noticed me but continued whatever he was doing and did not acknowledge my presence. I waited a bit longer and the tried to get his attention when he did eventually decide to attend to me I told him I had a few more packages and I would be back and he snaps back “what” obviously unable to hear what I said given the volume of the music that was playing ,so I repeated myself and asked if I should wait to get a tracking receipt for the packages that I had brought in to which he responded in the most condescending tone “ you will get one for all your packages “. The employee was Quiez I do believe needs to be addressed and in my opinion given a crash course in customer service if this store wants to keep its customers.

The service at this store has been horrible since fall 2022 and employees are not trained properly. I requested a package to be sent with tracking and the employee charged me for the service but did not do the tracking correctly and quite possibly did not put the postage on correctly. My package is now missing and there is no way to track it and I am being charged for the item. Neither the store manager nor the owner have accepted responsibility for the employee's mistake and lack of training, nor have they offered responsible compensation for their employees mistake. This is extremely upsetting that a simple request for package tracking could not be performed by an employee.

Scammers. They attempted to extort $10 from me to pick up a fully-paid-for package. I went in to pick up a package sent to me at this location which sender (a major retailer) calls their 'collection point partner'. Clerk then shows me a piece of paper he taped to the package with "$10 fee" handwritten on it. Said I needed to pay him before he would give me my package. All postage was previously paid in full. This was an undisclosed fee by this UPS Store to hold my package hostage. I called the sender and they had never heard of such a thing. Will never use this location again. It's worth the extra 10min drive to the post office.

Raven and Quez were super helpful and efficient. Had 15 people in and out in the 10 minutes I were there. Definitely my go to store for shipping now.

Super Rude staff. They truly don't care. Store has gone straight downhill. Nothing but problems here. They make everything twice as difficult as it needs to me. They tried to charge me $5 to print a label for an Amazon return stating there was a $3.50 charge to use their computer plus per page fees. Then they refused to even let me leave a package for 15 minutes while I retrieved the label. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PROCESS AMAZON RETURNS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE THEN MAKE SURE YOU ARE OPTED OUT OF DROP OFF LOCATIONS.

I've been working with this location for over two years and I cannot say enough about how friendly their staff is. During the pandemic - knowing that I am high risk - they offered to bring my mail to my car so I limited exposure. When I have a business parcel to be mailed or tracked, they treat it as their own.While so many companies feel like they just don't care, this store takes the time to make you feel like they value you as a customer. I highly recommend using this location.

Was turned away by the manager because apparently the address to the house I grew up in doesn't exist??? HM. I've been sending packages to my parents for years from this UPS store, yet this woman refused to override her system - which she also loudly referred to as the 'R' word in a store full of people. She said if she overrode it she would be charged a fee so she wasn't going to do that. I literally have a receipt for a package I sent to this address, from her store only a month ago but still, she is certain - this address does not exist. Wow. Anyone know where the nearest FedEx is? This used to be the best store and whoever has taken over needs to remove this manager ASAP.

I visit this store regularly and think the employees there are wonderful, especially Jolene! She always has a smile on her face, greets every customer and works so efficiently to get people in and out quickly. I have seen her handle difficult customers with grace and patience and for what goes on largely unnoticed, I belive she deserves a lot of credit. She is wonderful!

I am appalled with the manager at this location as well as many of the other customers reflected in the other poor ratings. Joleen should not be working with the public period. I have been a customer for years and I will not be returning. The manager needs to learn manners and speak properly to customers. I hope that this will be the end of this manager and if not hopefully the end of this UPS store.
