In 2023, I accidentally dropped off a FedEx package at this store. I was extremely busy at the time and didn't think about it; I just rushed in. The store clerk said their machine was having issues and couldn't scan the package but assured me it would be scanned eventually, so they took the package. After waiting many days, I realized I had made a big mistake. I went to the store several times and made several phone calls, but they couldn’t find the FedEx package. It was a Samsung Fold 4 phone that I intended to trade in. Samsung never received the trade-in phone and subsequently charged me $1,000 from my account. Yes, that's right—$1,000. I do not recommend this store, nor do I recommend UPS.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They lost my gaming computer that I shipped. I am so upset. The one time I try them I get screwed. The package is so big someone must have stolen it or delivered it wrong, but tracking is not being updated so very fishy. This is not okay and I am very upset and getting screwed over now.

Run away quickly from this UPS. They only staff one person, they do not empty bins so don't bring shredding and please do not be in a hurry because slow and inefficient is their style. Drive to the Waters UPS, its worth the time cause you'll get done long before this place. They have 3-4 people on staff always and are awesome

Went to mail a package ups and they mailed it USPS and 6 days later we don’t know were the package is for tracking is not there so they got my money and we don’t have are package just think we paid for 3 day shipping just thanks next time I will go to fedx

The ups in this location which is race track road in westchase , the manager in this location she is very rude and angry . I visited this place two times once for mailing a box and the second one to notary some paperwork. I didnot do any job since she was very rude and didnot want to do anything .

Had a problem with one of my packages and sweet sweet Jolene the manager helped me with my problem with ease.... i want to thank her for that because i have really bad anxiety but she kept me cool.

Never have any problems returning stuff at this store. In and out in under a minute usually. Jolene was nice and quick.
