My experience shows that usually when dropping off a package in the morning, it doesn't show as moving anywhere until the next evening or the day after. I'm not sure why the packages have to sit in this building for 2 days. For Amazon returns, not as big of a deal. However, if you actually do want something shipped quickly, I would find another option for drop-off.

There is no UPS store at this address! Either Google is messed up, or this location moved?? But I just spend time and wasted gas money trying to find a fake UPS store god I should have used USPS at least there locations are legitimate.

I have had the pleasure of going to this UPS store on numerous occasions. I would like to commend Joey and Diana for their great customer service, helpfulness and kindness whenever I have gone here! They are both gems and always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Congratulations on hiring such wonderful employees that make your business look fantastic.

This place is nested in a small business complex behind a shopping center so not easy to come across, but I've always had a great experience here. Employees are friendly & helpful. I've only used them for shipping, but they have other services as well. I definitely recommend them for your shipping needs.
