A horrible store. I watched my packages get thrown around like bags of trash into the back of the truck and when I brought it to their attention, a woman on the phone said “sir, that’s a driver and we are a franchise. There’s nothing we can do.” and hung up on me. What?!? You would be better off paying a bum down the street to deliver your package. Cheaper and safer.

I have visited this UPS Store several times to return Amazon packages and send out my packages. It is the cleanest UPS Store I have ever seen, and the staff are true professionals. They are always polite and helpful to every customer that walks in.

Amazing store! Erica was very helpful and made everything easy. They had nice options for mailers for a little gift I was sending. They made my Amazon returns easy too.

Erica and Erin are the most genuine girls they were so insightful and helpful!! I haven't had the best experiences at this location due to another worker thats very rude. They went as far as to bring my large package into my car which was so kind, not to mention it was 40lbs!! Im just so glad they're here now thank you girls!

Went in this morning to send a box. After the shipment was paid for I realized that I should have increased the declared value. I asked the employee to cancel and redo the transaction and she told me that she did not know how to do that. Why is that employee working solo on a Saturday morning when she is not able to complete a request that simple? I had to wait until a few hours later and redo the transaction when she finally figured it out. Not only did this delay the shipment but also wasted my time. They were nice enough but that doesn’t make up for this horrible experience.

We had a great experience here Erica was the friendliest most helpful person. , Incredibly professional and so efficient. The is a UPS store closer to my home but from now on I will be making the trip to this location.

Service in person was great, but once they boxed and created a label for my package It was all down hill from there. Package was lost/stolen. It was a big box so I highly doubt it was lost. There was no help trying to figure out what happened and nobody answers the phone when you need to talk to them. Ship your packages somewhere else. Not worth your time or money.

Went in today at around 6:30 with about 10 things to return to Amazon Prime and was treated horribly by one of your associates. UPS you need to go back and watch the video and I hope there is sound.She (Jules was on her name badge but Kathy is what she claimed her name to be) kicked off my experience by commenting on how it was a little late to be bringing that many things in with an attitude.I looked at the hours and commented on how there was 30 minutes left. She then doubled down on her comment and said again that it was a little late for all that, which caught me off guard but luckily she wasn't the associate actually helping, just being commentary while "training".I needed a bag for the stuff in my order but I was busy looking it up, not realizing she had walked over to grab one... but boy did I when she tossed it on the counter and told the trainee "Here you go he isn't even listening to me" again with clear attitude as she tossed the bag on the counter. (I think I did an obvious "who me" look around at this point).So me and the trainee began dealing with my order while "Jules" was helping another customer. I accidently mixed up two of the pairs of pants (a 34×30 instead of a 34×29) and the trainee had to peel the sticker to put it on the other bag. Well in steps Captain Commentary informing me to check from now on because it is real inconvenient for them to pull of the stickers... again with an absolute attitude.Nope... three strikes and you weren't even helping either me OR the trainee (even when the trainee couldn't find some of the slips that had already printed). I was not happy and demanded the managers number because all this over me bringing in 10 items for your business...Well this is when I find out she isn't even wearing the correct name badge. And angerly corrects me on what her name actually is... as if I'm supposed to know it while she is wearing the wrong name... and the other is wearing a name badge that simply says "trainee".Eventually the trainee apologized for how I was treated but the other was too busy vacuuming to apologize. Would love if Corperate would say they are sorry for this experience because I have never been treated like that.

I recently went in and had one of the WORST experiences ive ever had. Corp should get involved and highly consider re-training her or just firing her.Talk about someone who doesnt want to do their job and tarnishes the ups brand!!!!The representative who is named kathy is horrible. She was unwilling to help me with a large order and made it almost impossible to ever want to step foot in there again.She uses the wrong name badge and goes by jules to avoid accountability. I think that says a lot.....Shame on ups, and shame on you kathy

Notary services here are 10$ a page, probably why they don’t say the cost on the website. go to your local bank and save your $$
