One more location that doesn’t seem to disappoint. The UPS Store is where it’s at, I tell ya. I’ve been to various stores for different services over the years including Amazon returns, faxing, notary and even biometric fingerprinting and photo identification. I also utilize the physical stores as access points for my deliveries whenever I anticipate I may not be home to receive a package. They’re always efficient and never eat up my time.

For those who rated this UPS below 5 have never been to another UPS. This place staffs 3-4 people at all times, they are quick and efficient and even polite, just for extra. I will drive to this UPS if I am anywhere nearby because the time I spend driving is worth the quick service once I get there.

I went to have a document notarized the experiance was a breeze. The staff went above and beyond for me and provided exellent customer service. The Chase bank accross the street could learn for here

UPDATED TO ADD: After owner's untruthful response, report with BBB filed. I'm your huckleberry.Employee "Taylor" stole my mother's package.Owner "Tim" was no help until after I became so upset that I started informing other customers in the store that they should take their business elsewhere.This place is an absolute joke.Conveniently the cameras were off.How ironic.Updated to add since I added my review, I now have someone identifying "as the manager" calling my cell phone with a restricted number and harrasing me simply because I've decided to hold people accountable and see this through.Laughable.

Please stay away from this location. This location has a history of loosing packages and/or given your package away to other customers without asking for ID or signature.My new Iphone 14 was sent here and Taylor at this location gave it to someone else without my consent. She did not see an ID on this person or get a signature.There are no working cameras and Tim, the owner, fails to address sticky fingers at this location or the unprofessionalismof the workers, specifically Taylor and Kelly.UPS and my insurance company have opened up an investigation.I will also add Taylor and Kelly have called my daughter’s phone and continue to harass her.Tim did reimburse me for my deductible after 30 minutes of asking him to address this issue and make it right.Do your homework and drop off and pick up your packages from a true UPS location and not an access location.

Update on the situation:I went back in this morning to talk to the manager and she basically just said that my package was lost without even trying to look for it or help me , she kept telling me that they don’t deliver liquor and that the package wasn’t there and basically blame it on the driver . I spoke with corporate and they are doing an investigation , so far they confirmed that they do offer that service and deliver liquor and that the package had to be there . They also spoke with the driver and he went back to the store today and look for where he left the package and he couldn’t find it. It all seems like the employees are this location are being untruthful and don’t seem to care about the issue . BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION AND STAY AWAY !!Worst place ever they lost/stone my package and they won’t hold anyone acc accountable . I asked who rob was since he is the one who received my package and signed for it and the girl at front desk rolled her eyes at me , super rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t catch her name because she didn’t even introduce herself or have a name tag on . I work in customer service and I know that’s not how you treat a customer, she didn’t even try to help me , I asked who the manager was and she refused to give me the name and said no one else was available . I have never been so treated with so much disrespect I come to this location because is convenient to my home but I will be driving the extra miles to a sister location where I get helped and treated with respect !

For the person who finds my comment useful, be very careful with this company when you send something with them, you risk that it will not reach its destination and that they will also not give you an answer or a solution if this happens, the communism and racism that they have exceeds the limits, lack of professional ethics and falling into crime ‼️?

Do not send anything important or worth a lot, if it is lost they do nothing for you to recover your product or know what happened to your package, they do nothing, they justify themselves and make you believe that they are doing everything possible to find the package but it's a lie, if they are important documents, send them through another company, insure your packages and so on, when it happens to you you will realize the communism and the nerve you have, they don't care what you spend or what that document or package represents for you and family.

Good location. Gets what I need done. But a weird place that has had literal children work. And the last two times I've come in, it smells like a dirty bathroom that someone just blew up. I don't know how they ignore that.

Absolutely horrible, entire store is ruined by this one brunette girl with curly hair that’s a bit overweight, while I don’t know her name, she makes it extremely frustrating to ship using this store, couple weeks ago she lied to me about how I couldn’t refuse a package, today she tried to charge me $1 for 1” of tape, literally 1”!!!! $1!!!! The audacity, I’ve been dropping off packages At ups stores for years NOT ONCE anyone asked me money for a small piece of tape, I really couldn’t believe it.

My wife and I own a small business with a small budget and when we went to another unnamed printing store to print our flyers, they were going to charge us four times the amount that they did the previous time due to a “clerical error”.Needless to say, we were distraught, and could not afford it, and as we were about to leave, a gentleman named Tim approached us in the parking lot and told us that he is the owner of the UPS store down the road, and that he would charge far less.We went over to the UPS store and were greeted with smiles and great customer service and were able to print our flyers.Tim went the extra mile to approach us and tell us that he could help us.As a business owner, taking that extra step means everything and it says a lot about his integrity.The printing/shipping business is a tough business, but if there is anyone who can do it correctly, it would be Tim and his crew over there at that store.I will recommend them to everybody I know.

The employees are not as attentive as other UPS stores. They always seem to be distracted with things not related to their job.
