I went to drop off an Amazon Return which came in the original box and the lady said I needed extra packaging and tried to explain to her that it was delivered in the same box with no issues, but kept insisting I needed new packaging and couldn’t explain why. I left and dropped it off at another location down the road and they told me the original packaging was fine and had no issues and they didn’t know why they were requesting more packaging.

I never give reviews to business but I think what happened to me deserves to me known by the public who bring their business to this store. On 07/29 at 1030, at the UPS on Himes, I was a victim of racism and was humiliated by the employee there. I came to print some documents, like I have been doing for years, and this employee prints it and there were not fit to page so there were cutting off. The store had around 10 more clients waiting and when she comes back, I tell her the copies did not print correctly. I offered to help her re print while she took care of the line and she refused. I told her that I will make it fit to the page on my phone and she said ok, but you still have to pay for this. I said sure, I will pay for these. She said not those 4 (the one that printed correctly), all of them. I’m like wait how are you going to make me pay for something that did not print correctly. I’m sorry but I can’t pay for something that did not print right and told her I wanted to speak with a supervisor, whose name is Ines Bove. Unfortunately, the supervisor was not there. She said if you don’t want to pay, you have to print it somewhere else. I felt humiliated in front of the whole store. I’m not a person who does not pay for the services received; however, it was not my fault that did not print correctly. She did not even let me pay for the ones that printed correctly. I will not use their services no more and I hope other business owners like me hear my complain and take it very seriously. As business owners, we know we are nothing without our clients and this employee does not understand that, she does not care the store looses clients. Very unprofessional and the worst experience I have ever experienced in a UPS store.

Branden was super helpful! I needed to ship back some items to save myself the carry-on charge from the airline. Saved $30 by shipping my items! Highly recommend this location!

THIS IS THE SLOWEST AND THE MOST PATHETIC UPS IN TAMPA FLORIDA. THE MANAGER HAS PROBLEMS PACKING A BOX AND CLEARLY HAS NO LEADERSHIP SKILLS. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A LINE. THE EMPLOYEES HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND ARE VISIBLY ANNOYED THAT THEY HAVE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE. THE EQUIPMENT IS COVERED WITH DUST AND DIRT AND THE STORE IS AN UNORGANIZED MESS. I THINK THE GENERAL MANAGER IS AWARE BUT REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. ??

I was told printer was not working, because the line was long and though I would not wait to see them print for someone else I believe there is a serious race issue at this location.

Had to complete multiple notaries at this location they were always super quick, polite and helpful in any questions I ever had. Definitely will be using them from here on forward!

This UPS is awful. The staff is slow and rude. They don’t care about customer service at all. The lines are always out the door with people cutting each other in line and the staff says and does nothing. They give misinformation a lot as well. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Every time I go into this location I get the best service. Great for Amazon returns, mailing packages to my son in NC, and has good rates. In and out with ease.

Did not have a good experience. I arrived right at 8am for what I felt should have been a quick Amazon return. The employee who was opening the store arrived right at 8am. Instead of getting service right at 8am, myself and another customer had to watch her open the large gate around the counter AND get the computers set up for the day. Very unprofessional, there should be an employee who is there at least 15 minutes prior to opening so the store is completely operational at 8am. I was returning a vacuum and the box was not closed at the top and she very rudely said it had to be closed (no problem). There was a loose piece of cardboard that needed to be removed in order for it to close (again no problem). I tried to hand her the cardboard for her to recycle and she, again, VERY rudely told me “we don’t recycle here please take it with you”. The small piece of cardboard is in the photo attached. I am sure this isn’t true as this is a UPS Store. I can see if this was a large box or even a large piece of cardboard. Shame on her. 5/13/24 at 8am.

Waited 30 min for them to not receive my email so they could tell me they can’t give me 4 copies because they haven’t been receiving emails all day and that’s the only way they can print. I felt I traveled back to the 90s
