Good customer service with every visit

I came in a few minutes before 3pm and was told that they couldn’t ship my item because the store was almost closed. She said “just come back tomorrow”. Tomorrow is Sunday and they are not open. There was a nice gentlemen in the corner that also works for UPS who politely questioned why she couldn’t help me because it wasn’t 3pm yet. Her response was “because I’m going to have to type all that in”. He apologized on her behalf and I left. Nothing short of laziness. The employee was a young woman with glasses. Horrible experience and I will simply use another company for shipping moving forward.Edit: After reading all of the most recent reviews, clearly management couldn’t care less about how awful their customer service is. Absolutely pathetic that nothing is done and so many people have had a similarly poor experience.

I have visited this store multiple times and the customer service has been terrible. The employees are rude the yonder girl she is terrible she is not willing to help. I highly recommend driving the extra couple of miles for better service.very very disappointed I say thanks she didn’t say anything .Very frustrated.

DO NOT use this UPS Store! It's a classic case study in what happens when workers are paid by the hour for time worked vs actually getting business done. The staff here will find every conceivable excuse and policy loophole to not have to ship your package or do any other task that they can avoid. And for the record, I drove up the street to the Howard Ave UPS store (highly recommended) and they processed my order and shipped my package in about 10 seconds. Between the horrible in/out and parking situation and the staff attitude at this location it's a miracle they're still in business. I suspect that won't last.

Rude employee. Quit helping me to help another customer who was already being helped by a co worker. The issue was that my product wouldn’t scan. I had to ask her what the remedy was. She said I had to go home and print it. Really? Then she said it was because of the cracks on my screen which could be true so I figured out on my own to download the QR code so I could enlarge it. It worked. No thanks to her. No eye contact. No bye. No nothin. I will drive out of my way to not step foot in that store again.

Called to verify notary service. No answer. Phone recording says notary available. Show up and find no notary. Disrespectful attitude from staff topped off the visit.

The reason that I gave it a 5 star rating is because of the friendliness of the employee who helped me. It seems like nowadays customer service is going down the drain, but this lady went above and beyond. Her name is Karissa and she really was a fantastic employee. Smile on her face the entire time and you could tell she cared about the customers!

I was hung up on by Jody and was belittled and insulted while on the call and told that “this is a franchise location we can do what we want”. During the conversation instead of helping she continued stating “she can explain but she can’t help me understand” as to say my comprehension skills are lacking in some way. Karissa did try to help and explain after Jody hung up on me and told me to get out of the store. I would like a call from corporate to further discuss my interaction.

Karissa was AWESOME! We had several packages and she was so friendly and quick to get our packages ready to go! Several employees also pitched in and helped make our experience a 10/10! Awesome customer service!
