Ms. Karissa Rodgers was awesome! She was polite, knowledgeable and be very professional given that an employee called out last minute leaving her stuck without another worker to relieve her. She was calm and still gave the most welcoming and helpful assistance to the long line of customers waiting to be helped. She is an exceptional employee. She deserves a Raise!!!

Came in to mail an international package and a few other things. Karissa Rodgers was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I felt awful giving her so much work with the store closing in 15 minutes, but she was kind and patient with me.

These are some seriously rude and incompetent employees. Eye rolls and teeth sucking abounded when I went for a notary and they FORGOT to stamp my document. StIll trying to get a refund! Ugh.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my package was handled with care. The service was fast, efficient, and reliable. I highly recommend The UPS Store on Gandy for anyone looking for a trustworthy and community-focused shipping service! (and they have a great little salesperson at the front door that’s gonna be a rockstar in anything she decides to do! ?)
