Ups can't do anything right. We pay for next day service, have someone wait all day for the package, just for it to get delayed. Their delivery service is by far the most lazy, and packages usually are not left at the door

Never had problems with UPS until now. The driver left 2 of my packages from 2 seperate deliveries at wrong address. Luckily i found 1 of the packages but the other one is still missing. Do they not know numbers?

The absolute worst. Spent the whole day waiting for a delivery on a day off just for them to claim that a delivery was attempted at the end of the delivery window. If you don't plan on delivering in that day, don't project it as being delivered that day. Thanks for wasting my time.

Customer service is always nice when you call, but the delivery drivers need to pay attention. My package was delivered to the wrong address and this is not the first time that this has happened. I now have to go through the headache of having my order refunded or replaced and my best friend's Christmas is now going to be late because the items that I was supposed to receive was the last of what I needed to add to her Christmas box. It is the holidays and people are ordering gifts for their loved ones so how are people going to explain to their loved ones and children that their gifts have been delayed because of the carelessness of a delivery driver?

Whoever delivers to Bell Channelside, drivers are lazy. They don't go to anyone's door unless there is a signature required and even then they don't actually get signatures, forge them and drop off. Packages get lost or stolen often because they just leave them all in the parking garage. Picture below. I've called to make a formal complaint several times and never received a return call from management. Poor customer service and delivery.

Driver put my package at the edge of the stairs and I can’t lift the package upstairs. When the center reaches out to me; the supervisor was yelling at me. I asked to be transferred to another supervisor; I was on hold for 30 mins and still nobody came on the line. Will be filing a complaint on this office. HORRIBLE customer service.

The driver supposedly attempted to deliver my package, never came and there’s no note. The main apartment building is open until 6. Just a lazy driver, but oh well what can you do. Terrible service, terrible company. Wish negative stars were possible.

On 09.29.2023 this UPS driver threw an empty can of drinks on the road while driving. What a nasty behavior. He looks like an Afro-American with a beard.

This is the 2nd time in one week that UPS has failed to deliver packages! I was home for both deliveries but for some reason they fail to use the condo call box for a delivery.

False delivery attempt!I've taken 2 days off from work waiting for my package. Both days delivery was marked as attempted. LIES! I sat here waiting both days and they never showed up but marked it as the costumer wasn't home to receive delivery. The first day I was confused but today there is definitely no confusion, just some lazy lying delivery drivers! I called multiple times throughout the day while sitting by the door all day. My last call was at 8:45pm, again I was told it would arrive at 9pm... 9:20pm as I sat by the door. I got another notification. SORRY WE MISSED YOU. I have a ring door bell no one came to my door! I sat there wasting 2 whole days waiting. Never mind the fact that after the "first attempt" I called and told them they could leave package at my door. And even put a note on my door because I just couldn't understand still supposedly they didn't even leave it the second time. So here I am my kids without there furniture because we got rid of the old ones as soon as ups said package was in route. So thank you UPS... guess we will try again Monday for the last attempt. Which I'm sure will be another unsuccessful delivery that will result in the order being return.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NEVER EVER USING UPS!!!

I ordered an AR-15 rifle upper, and the driver exited his vehicle, marked the item as delivered (but never delivered it), entered his vehicle and then drove away.I tried calling through to speak to a representative for over two hours, and never actually got through to anyone. Your automated system is designed to loop customers in circles, and lead them to dead ends, without ever actually speaking to anyone.I eventually had to call the technical support number to speak to someone. They said they notified this facility and that I would receive a call back within an hour. I never received any call.

You want so badly to support businesses but…after several delivery attempts, where the driver never even came to the door, stopped the truck, stayed in truck, and then declared “delivery attempted but we missed you” things just wear on you. Multiple calls to ups and never received a call from the distribution center. End result—product never received. Several hours wasted on phone and trying to catch the driver. Ups—you are in business to literally deliver goods…please leave the truck and drop the goods off. Update: day 3: driver stops at house. We walk out to ask for the package. Driver states he doesn’t have the package. How hard could this be?

We have had deliveries from UPS before but today the excuse the delivery driver made was just being lazy to get out and place my order on the deck in front of my front door today is Sunday and because tomorrow is supposedly a holiday I cannot get my order until Tuesday. Very poor customer service.

I have to give the amazing ladies at this center a huge shoutout. I believe one of their names was Tisha. I went to the center today to pickup a package that I had been fighting with UPS for almost a week to track down. The team at the center was incredible. Quick, efficient, pleasant, and just a joy to deal with.Attention UPS, these are the kinds of people you need in customer service!!!!! These ladies were wonderful and provided better service in 15 minutes than your entire customer service team including a so-called supervisor was over a week. Also, get these ladies a new desk!!!! They requested it and deserve so much more!!!
