I had a horrendous experience with the UPS Store while attempting to ship an alligator head from Florida. In December, I took my son on an alligator hunting trip, and we decided to ship the head overnight for $500, with a guaranteed delivery by noon the next day. UPS informed me that they do not insure perishable goods, so I purchased insurance for an additional $1,000. However, the package was not shipped on time, and a week later, UPS contacted me to say it was undeliverable due to smell, even though it had not been shipped at all.I simply want my money back and the insurance, but I am not interested in spending thousands on a lawyer. I believe the responsible employee should be held accountable. The manager, Kolla Harrison, has been unresponsive and dishonest. Instead of wasting my money on lawyers, I feel it is more productive to warn others about the poor service and unprofessional conduct at the UPS Store.Stay away from this establishment if you value your time, money, and sanity

Ozzie is worth the trip to this location! She is extremely helpful every year when I have to ship trunks to summer camp. She always gives great packing instructions and suggestions to quickly mail items at the best price. She also taught me in about :30 seconds how to use the self-mailing station so I rarely have to wait in line to mail anything!Ozzie is the kind of employee every store owner wants as a leader! ??

Watch out for the price gouging at this location. I just was at this particular UPS to mail a printed letter enclosed in a 9 x 12-Inch Clasp Kraft Envelope. I saw that the associate put a large tape dispenser on scale with my envelope. Maybe he thought I wouldn’t notice. I was told $17 is my least expensive option. I mail this size envelope often and never paid more than $2.00. I went to the USPS close by at 1002B S Church St. in Tampa and paid $1.83.

This store is very close to my house, but I drive to another location 10 min away because the staff here are so rude. You could go through an entire transaction and not have one word spoken to you. I’ve tried multiple times and only once was I given any sort of acknowledgement. UPS should send a secret shopper. If I hadn’t gone to other locations, I’d think this is just the company culture. Horrible and can’t believe others have given 5 stars. They must be fake reviews. Don’t go here!

Such a let down. I have been going here for a long time, but no more. I wasn't even going to leave a review but thought I would check to see if my experience was an anomaly or a pattern. If a one off and they had a 4.5 star rating that would be one thing. But it appears to be a pattern given there 3.9 star rating, and someone else had a similar experience to mine I saw in a review. I had a large Amazon return, but I was prepared. Every QR code ready because I don't want to hold any other patron up. The lady directs me to the self service kiosk, which I had never used. There I was fumbling through the prompts, bagging, and sorting. All while the lady stood behind the desk doing literally nothing. A few minutes later another guest comes in with items. She was not prepared from what I could see. No codes ready from what I could tell. But she got helped, not directed to the self service kiosk. More time passes while I fumble along. Then i see they are out of large bags, then on next return the printer runs out of paper. Then another guest then another guest and so on. They all get helped like normal. I was in there for over 20 minutes with no assistance. In between customers she didn't even offer to help me. Would just stand there at the desk. Just terrible. I asked for a manager which she called who was no assistance. Didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. In fact she blamed me for it taking so long. I started laughing because I thought she must be joking. The manager first tried to make a case that they direct to self service kiosk to make sure the customer has time to have all QR codes ready and organized so the line isn't held up. I told her thats not the case here. I took the time in advance to print every single return QR code and tape it to each item so it's fast - I've don't this before - again so I wouldn't hold up the line. Then She basically said if I had all the codes ready I should have been done by now. Wow. Seriously? Like I wanted to be in there for 20 minutes. What a great showing by a supposed leader. I've had more returns then today before and they are so fast when assisted with a clerk. Literally a few minutes for everything and I would have been on my way and a satisfied customer - they are fast because they do it every day. It's like when you go to self checkout at grocery store and it takes forever bc you have no experience. Never again will I return here. You lost a customer for life. Who knows, maybe they were just having a bad day - but based on other reviews it doesn't seem like it.

I was in a hurry to get my mail sent and the woman working there helped me right away. Everything was super efficient and I was able to get everything done in a short amount of time.

Super rude. When you walk in no hello or anything. I had an Amazon return box grabbed the tape, sitting right there on the counter he sees me says nothing, so I assume all is fine. Then tells me $2 for tape. You watched me grab the tape. You watched me start to use the tape and I’m about to walk out the door and you say $2 for tape. I laughed at first because we have a PO Box over at the UPS on Kennedy and not once have I ever been charged for tape, so I thought he was kidding, nope he was serious. There is no sign posted saying will charge for tape either and the OTHER UPS has never charged me for tape. $2 for 3 strips of tape absolutely ridiculous. Don’t go here.

Literally take your print job anywhere but here. I followed instructions on the website to send my invitation file to their store’s email account. Got an auto reply they would be in touch. Well, I never heard from them, so I called them myself days later only to be told that email provided was not checked often, also it’s not an email for printing?! She then told me I would need to come in and speak to someone to print invites.. ? I’ve never been to a ups store that can’t take a small printing order with a jpeg file over an email? ?I told her even if I came in person- I was still going to need to EMAIL them my invite file. When I asked her for that email she literally gave me a non-existent email!? I had her spell it out multiple times just to be sure. Yep, can’t make this up. All around just bad customer service, process, and experience.Save yourself the headache unless you can go up there and wait in person.

Called ahead yesterday and was assured they had notary services. When we arrived they said they did not but come back today. When we arrived today they said come back next week. Very frustrating.

I’ve been to this UPS store several times and always friendly service except for today! The lady was rude, not helpful, and made the whole experience terrible. I get that I have several things to return, but…she could have at least been nice. She almost seemed bothered that she had a job. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I asked her name twice and she ignored me..at that point, I just wanted to finish my business and move on with my day. UPS…train your staff in customer service and expect good service from them. You can, and have done better!

Terrible customer service. I dropped off some Amazon returns today and had an absolute horrendous experience. The woman at the front desk was outwardly rude to every customer who walked in the door, to the point that many people left to go to a different location. It is clear she hates her job and her attitude is damaging to not only this location but also reflects poorly on USP. I will never use this location again and will warn my friends and family about this particular USP store. This is my neighborhood location, but I will go out of my way to go to a different one to avoid the blatant disrespect.

Went into the store to overnight a package, and the woman at the desk was one of the rudest individuals I have ever come in contact with.So rude that rather than converse with her for another second, I decided to drive 5 miles out of my way to go to another location.I would highly recommend going to ANY other location in Tampa aside from this one.

All who work there are so courteous. Can't believe they were open on Juneteenth. That is sad.
