I just had one of the most fabulous customer service experience in a long time. Thank you, LEO! In the crush of, what probably feels like chaos as Ian chugs towards Tampa, Leo was kind, patient, understanding and went above and beyond helping me locate and ship my packages back safely. He gets an A+ and I won't forget how well I was treated. Very appreciated.

Leonardo (the asst mgr) was AMAZING. He jumped on an urgent last minute order and hand delivered it to the hotel! Fantastic quality work, very fast service, and one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. If I do more business in Tampa, I'll be sure to use his store.

Leo was extremely kind and helpful. I was at a conference and could not find a package that was delivered or the venue. Leo helped me find where I was going and then delivered the package for me. It’s rare to meet someone that would just step out and go out of his way for you for no reason. I really appreciate the service and his attention to detail. Thank you!

Yelp has this listed as a full store but it was an office in a hotel garage meant for the hotel. Of the staff around noone was able to communicate to be of assistance.

A small facility but very efficient. I had the pleasure of dealing with Leo a few times and no matter how many customers were waiting in line he made sure my questions were answered and I never felt rushed so he could attend to others. Very professional and friendly.

This experience spands over days but I have to say it is a perfect example of the worst service and employees that make the customer feel as if the customer is the problem. The employee “Julie†lost my overnight package, lie to me and my daughter about the package. Placed the phone on the counter when I called and never picked it up. Fist time for 5 minutes and then second time for over one minute. I did disconnect both times at the times stated. Then she would answer the phone and disconnect the call immediately when all I need was correct tracking information that I was previously promised. And no the package did not arrive on time or even on the day needed. Overall I will no use ups store or affiliated ever again and hope that you do not as well.
