I received excellent service yesterday from Paula at Store 4639. I was so impressed that I returned to the store today to ask how I could compliment her!
I came yesterday to drop off the watch I am sending to my son for his birthday. I had already paid for the UPS label and had it affixed to my box. But I realized as I was handing the box to Paula that I had not taken a picture of the watch, not did I have a receipt of my purchase of the watch in case my box got lost. Paula very carefully undid the tape on my shipping box to open it, then took extra care using an exacto knife to undo the tape holding together the wrapping paper on the gift inside. Once I'd taken pictures of the watch, she just as carefully rewrapped the watch for me. I was so thankful!! That truly was EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you so very much!

Whenever I have anything to ship out, I go to UPS on E Jackson St Tampa.
They are more than pleased to assist and guide me with all my packaging needs. Thank you UPS!!
P.S. when I had to ship something to my Ex-husband, I did not want to use my new address, UPS let me use their address for return label.

This is the best UPS Store I have EVER been too, we use them for all of our shipping and printing needs! The staff is super friendly and helpful and I always leave with a smile and a laugh. We have ordered everything from menus to presentation boards from them and the quality is always top notch!! 10/10 recommend this location!!!

My band mailed merch here, and while only half of it showed up (not the store’s fault), the owner personally helped me resolve the issue. He’s awesome. Most ups stores are evil, but this one is benevolent and awesome.

Malcolm and his wife were extremely helpful with picking up my boxes for my move out. Students receive 10% discount and free pickup for boxes. Would definitely recommend and will be utilizing this service again in the future!
