It’s 1 in the morning and I had to depart and go to the atm because the machine doesn’t take card until after 3 am. I had already put my laundry soap in the machine. There is no type of signs stating the system will be down at a certain time when using cards. When I ask the staff could he charge me so I can use the machine he said no. This is a big inconvenience and poor on service. I will no longer return nor my family or friends.

The Key Master video game in the back, never shuts up!
Over and over the whole time your there that's all you hear. I've mentioned it several times to the ladies but it still plays on and on ( for the 3 year olds ).
The tune stays in your head even after you leave the place.
Can you guys please shut the volume off. It's really irritating for most adults to listen to while visiting and doing laundry.

I recently took my clothes to laundry mat to wash my clothes. When I went inside, there were so many non speaking English people washing their clothes. When I tell them to excuse me so I can get by them, all they would do is ignore me or laugh like it's funny ?. They are very rude and disrespectful ? individuals who wouldn't get out of my way. So I push my way by. They had little children running around and would run into you because their parents didn't control them. It was so hot in the laundry mat because they didn't want to pay High Electric bills. Then the soda machine isn't working right, or they have the temperature set on the machin, so it won't cost that much . They charge $1.00 for warm sodas. Their dryers are very hot and your clothes will dry within 30 minutes or less. Especially jeans. If you want to soak in sweat, this is the place to go. I couldn't imagine what it would be like in July and August. They did have one door ope. The attendant was very rude and acted like she didn't understand. Excuse me. She kept mopping the floor with no floor signs, so customers knew the floor is wet and slippery. It would be a great lawsuit if somebody would fall!!! Then the bathroom is always out of order, so the customers who need to go will have to walk accross the street to circle k to use the bathroom that's if their bathroom wasn't closed. I don't know why Spanish people are even allowed or any foreigner be allowed who doesn't speak English. There should be a law or requirement that foreigners should understand some English instead of being rude and disrespectful l ?

The best place to do your laundry all the machines worked place is clean. Plus you can use your credit cards to wash and dry.

There is a man in black clothes who treats people very badly and calls children crazy, I'm not saying this to make him look bad but he is a bad person and he shouldn't work there, he doesn't even let the gaming machines be touched, and every time you give him money he has no change and he gets angry

So I have been coming to this laundry Mat for quite some time. And have never run into a rude person like I did tonight. I can you in not realize and I did not have any change on me? I gathered all the coins from my vehicle and went to the front desk. Told them can you please change this for me? They were in the middle of a shift change. So the gentleman said no, not right now I said. Okay, can I use my debit card? He says yes, i'd rather you do that. You can get cash back and proceed it to try to give me my coins back. I said OK. No, you can just donate that to someone. He said fine I went out got my things. I proceed it to put the soap in the machine I went to get him because the soap started to blow out of the machine he then when onto say you people just don't know how to do this, I said, what do you mean you people who said just move a side and I'll take care of it. I said no, what do you mean, you people? And he continued to mumble things under his breath.

Clean place. Very busy on the weekends but during the week it's not. Open 24 hours so you don't have to worry about rushing to get there or to wash/dry clothes. I'd recommend using their app to pay to wash and dry clothes because they don't have an ATM to withdraw from. You'd have to make a purchase and get cash back. Or just make sure to bring more than enough cash. Prices are fair and the same no matter the time of day. If you get hungry while doing laundry, there's plenty of options to choose from within walking distance of the laundromat. I just recommend doing your laundry during the week.

Just had to bring in a small load of whites to be washed on the Memorial Day weekend. I was easily able to get a washer to fit my laundry for just $3. The machines are in great shape and the vibe from the customers is relaxed. There is always someone on duty and the business is open 24/7.I definitely recommend the business for anyone nearby.

Place is always nice and clean just refrain from coming during the late night although it is open 24 hours. The man they have working there always has an issue with what machine you use or not always having to tell you don’t use this or that side just not to clean like seriously you should be able to decide what machine you want to use or not after all YOU ARE A PAYING CUSTOMER. Very annoying to have someone tell you every single time you come in what machine to use if I’m paying I should have the liberty to use whatever I want but I guess people are lazy and can’t do their job and clean. Very rude as well, perhaps if he would say things nicely it would make it better but no always an attitude as if people coming in are an inconvenience. You do know peoples business is what gets you hours and paid right? Oh okay.
