Call to ask about towing. The guy who answered the phone said nothing was available until the next day. When I tried to explain that I needed a tow for the next day actually, he kept talking over me and then just hung up. Definitely not going with these people ever.

As I was driving home from a business trip, my vehicle's splash guard became detached and was dragging along the highway. It was Friday after 5pm, so auto repair shops were closed. I called two national roadside assistance companies who were only willing to tow the vehicle -- I just needed to get the splash guard removed so that I could get home. After a Google search, I noticed all the positive reviews of Twin Towers Roadside Assistance and decided to give them a call -- and I'm so glad I did. The owner, Oscar, was extremely personable and wanted to help me out. When he was unable to dispatch someone from his team, he personally met me at my location within 25 minutes, jacked up my car, and removed the splash guard. Oscar saved me the cost of a tow as well as an Uber/rental for the weekend. Twin Towers Roadside Assistance is proof that there are great people in this world willing to help those in need. You no longer have to worry about calling the wrong tow company again! Jesus, was very accommodating & helpful. He gave me a beyond reasonable price & didn’t sweat going the extra mile getting my low to the ground vehicle on the flat bed. This company is really great! My car broke down on the I-75 highway, and I was connected soon after I made a phone call. Angie was very gentle and patient, comforting me while helping me check the location, and soon, Jose, the driver, came to help me. During the waiting process, Angie kept comforting me, which made me feel secure when I encountered an accident for the first time. Jose was very professional and took good care of me on the way. He was very responsive. After arriving at the destination, he also helped me check the car problems and adjust the parking position! Truthfully and genuinely, Oscar, the owner of the company, provided some of the greatest and most helpful service I’ve ever gotten, and I’m sure his employees do the same. He came out, changed my tire at 2:30am when I was stuck on the side of the highway, offered me great prices, and gave helpful tips on how to get home safe on a spare tire. In my situation I actually had to call 2 towing companies, and Twin Towers was the one that actually helped me after the first one couldn’t. If I ever need help again, 100% I’m calling them.Service: Tire change

I have the roadside assistance through my insurance and it took them over three hours to find a tow company so I took it up on myself to contact tow company so and I ran across the best tow company hands down. Oscar was amazing, me and my baby was stuck on the highway across from Dave's beach, he was there so fast. He was soo professional, empathetic, friendly and very understanding. He came to our rescue during hurricane Nichole. If it wasn't for him I would t be at home cuddling my baby. Thanks do much ?Services: Car towing

I popped a tire on the Crosstown Expressway, elevated lanes........So I need a tow, this was at 9AM EST.......So I call the 1st company, be there in 30 minutes they said.......2 hours later they ghosted me because they found someone else to tow on the way..........So I call the 2nd company, be there in an hour they said, 1.5 hours later, another ghost............by this time the road ranger is telling me that the city will tow me if I don't figure this out soon, so I make a last gasp effort and call Twin Towers........Couldn't have been nice, even though they had to wait until the Express lanes switch directions, literally waiting in downtown until they opening it up heading towards brandon........Picked up and dropped off in the time they said and were very professional, WILL ONLY CALL THEM FROM NOW ON!Service: Car towing

The service I received was fantastic! There was upwards of a 5 hour wait for AAA, so I started calling towing companies myself as it was nearly midnight and I wanted to go home. Upon calling, I had a flatbed truck at my location within 20 minutes. Much to everyone’s dismay, my car was in the worst spot ever and since it was complete dead and pulled into a parking spot, he couldn’t get my car on the flatbed. Thankfully, he called his brother and he arrived within 15 minutes in a smaller truck to pull me out and then was able to hook up my car and tow it. These guys were so incredibly kind and helpful. They were upfront with me and were fair with pricing. I hope to never be in this position again, but if I am, I will absolutely use them again.Thank you so much for coming to the rescue!Service: Car towing
