Yesterday, we experienced a flat tire on one of our company trucks, and Ford Road Assistance assigned TowPros Towing & Recovery to the job, providing an ETA of 45 minutes along with their contact information.
We called TowPros to confirm the assignment and ETA. However, 30 minutes after the original ETA, TowPros still hadn't arrived. We contacted them again and were given another ETA of 30 minutes. With no other options, we waited.
Another 30 minutes went by, and 10 minutes later (2 hours total at this point), we called TowPros once more only to be informed that they were no longer going to take the job and that Ford Road Assistance would assign another company.
The poor ratings for this company are no surprise. If you want to be left standing on the side of the road, by all means, call TowPros. Otherwise, stay away from them

We had our car picked up today by towpro our driver Brian was great didn’t take long to hook up and delivered my car safely.

This is the worst tow company ever I called at 12 to get a tow truck it’s is almost 6 pm and still no tow truck they keep delaying and delaying my eta all they do is delay when I called they said the tow truck was 20 minutes away and on the way after that I got a update that the new eta is 90-120 minutes horrible service

Very good experience! Dez showed up when he said he would. Very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable trusting my car with him. Loaded up my car that is not currently running quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone!

This is the worst tow company in Florida. The driver Marc is good with finding every excuse in the book. Instead of helping customer. The tow was called in at 348pm and assigned to this company. They accepted the trip with eta of 530pm. Never showed up or call. At 1105pm reached out to driver Marc and he's driving 4 hours to the opposite direction. All he could say is unfortunately unfortunately unfortunately unfortunately unfortunately unfortunately unfortunately.. I can't type how many unfortunately came out his mouth. This is crazy to have someone waiting over 6 hours without contacting them. I would really rate them negative 5 stars

Danny with Towpros Towing towed my van today. He arrived way ahead of schedule. Was prompt and fast! He was super nice. Thanks Danny!! I’ll recommend in the future.

DO NOT do business with these guys!! When the driver dropped it off at my apartment he was clearly having trouble getting the truck off the flatbed, he keep messing up the departure angle and he actually ran the back of truck into the asphalt trying to get it off. I was shocked and told him your company needs to take responsibility for this. The driver basically told me to go F myself and said if I didn’t pay him right now he was gonna hook my truck back up and take it to impound. I actually ended up calling the police to get it sorted out. These guys are a bunch of crooks. Please save yourself the headache I had dealing with them and use a different company

Requested service via roadside assistance through my insurance after being stranded on the interstate. Was instructed to wait with an ETA of 105 minutes. Never showed up, nor even called to say they would be later. When called the provided number, no one would even answer and there was no way to leave a message. Unlike the name states, highly unprofessional conduct and untrustworthy. Seek help elsewhere when needed.

My 8 year old and I had no ride home when my car broke down and couldn’t drive home 45 minutes away from where we live. We got the best Tow truck driver who was so nice and made sure my son and I were comfortable and safe! I highly recommend Wolf!!!

Will was amazing. He had great communication with us. From the time he got the call to come get us till the time he picked us up. He made sure we got our vehicle to the shop and gave us a lift to the a rental car place!! I highly recommend his services!
