But those mishaps had silver linings, getting connected to a body repair shop that did prompt but superb work. Carstar at Pro Auto worked seamlessly with our insurer. Staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They take palpable and well-deserved pride in the details of their work. They keep us informed of the progress and once they secured necessary parts the car was ready in no time, earlier than estimated. However, they were not hasty nor did they cut corners. Should we ever need minor or major body repair work done again in the future, we would not hesitate to leave our vehicle in their capable hands.”

“My five star rating is due how professional the entire process from start to finish was. I spoke to Willie who I presume has a fleet of drivers. I called this gentleman past 10pm to move a vehicle to the other side of Florida and he was able to find a driver within the same evening. About 12 hours later a very professional and overall nice-in-general driver arrived and quickly hauled the vehicle away. The prices are great and appropriate. “I had a dead battery and was initially quoted a 172-minute wait for service from State Farm, typical. It was close to 10pm and I was alone, so I started searching online for a faster option. After reading the great reviews, I decided to call. Oscar answered the phone with a friendly and genuine willingness to help. He arrived at my car within 20 minutes. Having had negative roadside experiences in the past, I can't express how grateful I am to have had someone local come to the rescue. This was the first time I truly felt safe during a roadside emergency. By far the best experience I’ve ever had—trustworthy and reliable. I hope I don't need roadside assistance again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely be calling Oscar. Thank you!”

“We have used this shop twice. Once for insurance repairs for a fender bender for ourselves and once to partially paint my aunt's car. We were extremely satisfied with the repairs and quality of the service and are very happy to recommend their services to anyone. Brittany kept us updated and handled all the insurance matters for us and we did not have to get involved at all. It's in a bit of an odd area but don't let that deter you. The final product was excellent for reasonable rates that were provided beforehand.”

“My mechanic recommended Collision Guys as we needed to replace the front bumper and back side panel of one of our cars. I went to the shop and met the new owner, Ibrahim. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent. His goal was to give me the best price possible. He immediately got to work looking for the parts we needed so he could give me an estimate. Understandably, that took a little while because we opted for used parts instead of new to save on costs. We chatted as he looked for parts online and called around to get pricing. Once we got that, he gave me an estimate and told me the car would be ready the next day. When they took the broken pieces apart, they found another part that was needed to complete the job, and he called to explain. Despite all that, the car was ready the next day, as promised. He went above and beyond to get it done and to do a quality job on our car. Ibrahim is a great example of a small business owner who works with integrity and is working hard to enhance this business' reputation. I really appreciated his timely communication and dedication to giving us a good customer experience. Next time our cars need any type of body work, we will return to Collision Guys. They did a great job not only getting the car done in time, but they painted the bumper and matched the color perfectly.”

“Went here cause of a vibration issue I had with my 02 Toyota Echo. Was told by another shop I needed a catalist converter and tune up . Was quoted almost $600.
