After reading the great reviews, I decided to call. Oscar answered the phone with a friendly and genuine willingness to help. He arrived at my car within 20 minutes. Having had negative roadside experiences in the past, I can't express how grateful I am to have had someone local come to the rescue. This was the first time I truly felt safe during a roadside emergency. By far the best experience I’ve ever had—trustworthy and reliable. “The team at Joe Hudson’s was friendly and very professional. The process of dropping off and picking up my vehicle was very easy. I have a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee-L and unfortunately due to a MOPAR strike last year, parts were still on back order. This was communicated to me immediately as soon as they were aware of the issue when they took everything apart and realized parts needed were on back order. To no fault of their own, my car took over a month to repair since the last part wasn’t arriving until the end of April. Yes, it was an inconvenience because obviously I preferred to be driving my car, but thankfully my insurance covered my rental.
Every week I received a text letting me know things were still on track, and my SUV was ready on the exact date it was promised. All my questions were answered and concerns addressed. So far everything looks and works great, and I have no complaints! I would definitely recommend Joe Hudson’s on Adamo Dr. Hopefully we will never need a collision center again, but if we do I would not hesitate to choose them.”

“My five star rating is due how professional the entire process from start to finish was. I spoke to Willie who I presume has a fleet of drivers. I called this gentleman past 10pm to move a vehicle to the other side of Florida and he was able to find a driver within the same evening. About 12 hours later a very professional and overall nice-in-general driver arrived and quickly hauled the vehicle away. The prices are great and appropriate. “I've used their service twice and was treated to 5 star service both times. It's been about ten years since my first experience with them. That was when I had the pinion bearing go bad in my Chevy Silverado. I'm a mechanical person and I already knew the pinion bearing was bad, I was just looking for a quote to replace it. The owner test drove it and agreed, bad pinion bearing. But, couldn't give me a quote until he saw how the ring and pinion gears looked, as a bad pinion bearing will grind those gears out of spec. I got a call about 3 hours after dropping it off, "Good news, your ring and pinion gears are fine, you'll only need bearings replaced." Perfect opportunity to screw me and tell me the gears were trashed too. 10 stars for honesty.Second experience was about 5 years ago when my daughters Ford Taurus transmission failed in the middle of traffic. Yikes! Had it towed there and found hydraulic pump had failed probably due to a major overheat condition that required replacement of the engine earlier.Just a note for those that may not know, your engine coolant also cools your transmission. An overheat that destroys your engine will most likely destroy your transmission too. It just takes a bit of time for the fried clutches to start breaking up and fouling the hydraulic pump.Bottom line, I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat if the need ever arises again. Fingers crossed I don't, but I'd recommend them to a friend every time.”
