Made a few purchases and rented some equipment. Appreciate that the rental department actually answers their phone! They were helpful with setup and return questions. Customer service and returns were also helpful when we needed to return/exchange an item.

I was in gardening with my wife looking for plant for our yard. when we notice a cart with Christmas plant in ruff shape. we ask a young man stocking if he worked in gardening he replied yeah what up with a vibe like we were bothering him. we asked if the Xmas plant were on sale due to there bad condition. he replied there nothing wrong with the plants with out even looking at them. when we left we asked the cashier Amaya the same question and she responded in a proper tone and took the time to explain why the were not discounted so I like to give thanks to Amaya for still caring for her customers.she get 10 stars but the review will be one star only because he should not be working around customers maybe some were I. the back

I needed to rent a trailer so I called to check for availability. The young gentleman said that he didn't have the 5x8 but had a 3x5. I thought about it for a second, and then said I could probably use that one if it would fit my ball. I asked what size hitch connection the 3x5 had and he said "either a 2, or a 2 5/8." I told him that it was kind of important to make sure that I have the right sized ball, and he said he wasn't sure, but I could come to Home Depot and look for myself. When I got off of the phone, I googled Home Depot trailer rental and it said the 3x5 trailers have 2" connections. I TRULY value human employees and prefer working with humans, but interactions like this will eventually lead to no longer needing them at work. :(

If you are considering Home Depot for a project..run! I gave up $4000 to do the right thing and share my experience with you…my experience with Home Depot is as follows❤️ Re: job #11128950 My name is Lori xxxxx and I have been in contact with you at various times through the duration of this project. Here is a recap of the issues involved: -projected time required for project initially one day (June 29) morphing to weeks then months -window manufactured incorrectly requiring a reorder -glass door panel installed with cracked glass requiring replacement -all window screens installed backwards and ripped. -window sash damaged requiring replacement -door trim installed without prior approval or discussion resulting in negative esthetic changes to the structure -installed window was inoperative requiring repair. The time I was required to provide for this project far exceeded what I was told to expect. Home Depot’s mistakes cost me tens of thousands of dollars in lost wages. As an airline Captain a day off means not flying a trip, which can mean 3-6 days of lost revenue. In addition to the financial cost, my integrity was attacked including Atlanta personnel accusing me of lying regarding lack of notification for the time this project may require. I have all correspondence available for review. I endured misogynistic and disrespectful attitudes, actions, and words from your installation contractors. I was told I was behaving like a cop when I asked to see Home Depot identification. I was told parts for the windows did not exist, and then I found the parts discarded in the garbage. I was told parts did not need to be installed because the installers did not want to install them. I was talked about in a derogatory manner in Spanish. Unbeknownst to the contractors, I speak Spanish. I was shown one color and type of trim which I approved, and then the contractor installed something else claiming it was the same. When I held the sample next to what was installed, the difference was obvious. When caught in the lie, the installer walked off the job leaving a 200lb glass door panel balanced precariously against a wall along with trash and other hazardous materials. The financial and emotional costs created by Home Depot’s mistakes have been excessive. I expect a company that prides themselves on the quality of their products, workmanship, and guarantees to want to rectify mistakes to the best of their ability, not the least. The dismissive email I received from Home Depot stating their offer of a $2500 rebate was fair compensation “and they were sticking with that”, was insulting in tone and amount. I don’t expect something for nothing, but I also don’t expect a purchase to cost so much beyond what I was told to anticipate. We all pay for our mistakes one way or another, usually financially or with our reputations. We don’t always choose to do the right thing, but we always feel the consequences of our choices. Your customers expect Home Depot to do better. I hope you do too. Sincerely, Lori xxxxxxx

NIGHTMARE! DO NOT EVER ORDER YOUR COUNTERTOPS THROUGH THIS BRANCH OR THE HOME DEPOT SERVICE. There is ZERO CHANCE I would ever do any business again with this branch. I have had the most awful experience ordering countertops from them. (THEY HAVE HAD ALL OF MY MONEY, OVER $3,000 FOR 3 MONTHS). They promised 4-6 weeks. We ordered from Home Depot. Home Depot hired a local company Distinctive Surfaces. The organization and communication of this process is a nightmare. I've had to speak with 5 different people regarding our order. No one takes any ownership and both companies point fingers at each other for problems... THEY STILL HAVE NOT OFFERED ANY DISCOUNT OR REFUND FOR BEING 2 MONTHS LATE and I want to know at what point we need to take legal action. My tenants are living with a countertop left over from a rehab which is awful. Home Depot's store manager, Andrew George, pretended to take this into his hands for all of two days and now of course I'm getting called a month later from someone else in the store and separate calls from my 3rd contact at Distinctive Surfaces. None of these people actually solve the problems on their own. Worst experience imaginable. DO NOT ORDER COUNTERS FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!

We went to the children's workshop. Hey hold it once a month and it is so cute. They get an apron, a kit, a pin for their workshop and a certificate of completion he had such a great time. I had such a great time. I highly recommend it. You can find it online. It is from 9-12 so there is flexibility.

Avoid this location. The so called plumbing expert was extremely annoyed I broke up his chat session with 4 other employees standing around. I asked for help locating a few PVC pieces. He took me to the isle which I already knew where it was. Waved his arm and said "it's all in here, you need to find it" I'm so over retail stores treating customers like annoyances.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Bought a dishwasher from this store and payed to have it delivered as well. It came in a pristine box and when I opened it the right hand corner was dented as if it had fallen off of a truck (see pictures below). When I went back to get a replacement I was told that they wouldn't take it back and claimed no responsibility. They blamed Samsung even though it came from their distribution center. This all happened within the week after delivery. I am now out $750 and I have an unusable dishwasher in the middle of my Kitchen. I used to buy from The Home Depot everyday for my remodel but never again and I will be notifying consumer affairs.

Spence and Lawrence were great. Let me know my options and were very clear on everything. Immensely helpful and I’ll definitely come back next time I need a truck/van rental.

Disgrace. I waited almost two weeks for a new washer and dryer. On delivery day it was damaged. I called to report it and was told I'd have to wait two days to reschedule with LG. I called back, hearing nothing, oh it wasn't reported you have to wait another 24-48 hours to reschedule. No I don't. I cancelled it for a refund and placed an order with Lowes. I work in healthcare during a pandemic, I need to wash my clothes. They did nothing to make it right. They did not care in the last. I wasn't rude or irate, which would explain the apathy. It boils down to incompetence and people not giving AF. I would not trust them with anything moving forward.

If I could I wouldn't even give a star as their delivery people suck and don't contact you for your delivery. Then block you off hen they drop it off at wrong house. Terrible people and company communication.

Excellent experience at the Gandy Home Depot tonight! Mr. Jim in appliances was professional and friendly. We normally shop Lowe’s for our appliances, but after tonight’s experience at Home Depot, we’re breaking up with Lowe’s for Home Depot!

I don't know why this place has so many negative reviews. The staff was top notch. I went across the street to their competitor and let me tell you, it's night and day. The attitudes at the "other store" were troubling. Everyone at this store was incredibly cool. I had some gardening questions and the night manager was working and took the time to explain the different fertilizers and lawn treatments. Also had to purchase some cleaners and other misc stuff and everyone was super helpful. Special shout out to the painting dept. I don't remember the gentleman's name (he's a professional painter by day and works there at night) but he was amazing at figuring out the paints we need and duplicated the colors top notch from other competitors color combinations. Thanks!!

Floyd, an employee at Home Depot, was FANTASTIC! Not only did he help us with an online order pickup, but while strolling through the store, he went out of his way to help us find what we needed. All the while, with a giant smile on his face! Great experience! Thank you, Floyd!

there are many ways to handle situations, and once again the peeps at Home Depot shined!
