I visit this car wash at least twice a week. They are very friendly and clean. I if you would like great service, be sure to visit Tommy's express.

While I appreciate the convenience of your location, I was disappointed by a few aspects of my visit. Firstly, I found the price of the car wash to be higher than I expected, especially considering the lack of complimentary cleaning supplies and vacuums available. The vacuum have poor suction and or the hoses are damaged. No tire cleaning supplies were offered. Other than something in a white bottle not labeled. Who would something not labeled or even provide cleaning agent without a label ( the guy said it was windex) Furthermore, I was surprised to learn that additional cleaning supplies were offered at an extra cost. As a customer, I value both affordability and the availability of necessary tools to ensure a thorough cleaning experience. However, the absence of complimentary cleaning supplies (other than an unlabeled bottled that no one knows what's inside ) at the initial price point felt unreasonable to me. Needless to say the convenience of this car wash won't be enough for me to go back. Check out woodies wash shack to see what true customer satisfaction is.

Wow! Great car wash! Good prices, well maintained equipment and safe for your car too unlike some other washes that will damage your car! Plenty of vacuums and a super friendly staff. I also love that you can decide what level of service you want month to money so if you want just a basic wash one month and the works the next month you just have to select what you want from their app! Best automatic car wash in Tampa I think. Only thing that's better is a hand wash but that has become super expensive. I can drive my car through Tommy's every day and get the works for $40/month!

Worst place ever my car was damaged the mirrors where torn off by the machine the general manager by the name of Jose Vazquez is literally the worst person to manage this place very unprofessional he asked me multiple times to go get him an estimate to waste my time never answered calls or texts after he gave me his number and it showed that he read them he gave me his personal email instead of a company email so that his company doesn’t see the conversations and excuses he says time and time again when I went in person he would run upstairs and tell his associates to give me an excuse as to why he could not meet with me he lied time and time again the car was not fixed and he terminated my monthly subscription on his own will when I asked anyone else from Tommy’s express corporation they said that he should not of gave me his information but per policy states that contact from any Tommy’s associate should be through company email he also stated to me that aftermarket parts are not covered no matter what per his “policy” yet Tommy express corporate office stated they cover any damages occurring to the car if it was truly from Tommy’s express car wash be very weary of this location and at the shady general manager JOSE VAZQUEZ.

Used Tommy's many times in the past with decent results but tried to vacuum my car with the "free" vacuuming before getting a car wash. The vacuum was shut off and when I asked an employee about it I was told that I needed to be a member to vacuum my car first.... Terrible practice, especially given the inefficient layout of the parking lot and the vacuums being first. I will no longer be using Tommie carwash for any of my vehicles... I went to the new Woodies on Dale Mayberry and had a much better experience...

We went today before dark. They had the back bays shut down, so you had to wait forever if you wanted to use the vacuums. Per their website, it closes at 9 pm and we were there hours before. When we finally got a bay, the vacuums were horrible. Before the end of the wash bay, our car stopped forever, not being moved by the flooring. We could see a truck coming behind us, so we had to drive out without the wash finishing the car. I will never go there again. My car had water all over it when it left the wash bay. They provide no towels, just a machine to clean your mats. The young man who rang up my sale was polite and professional. That's the best I can say about our experience there.

Best car wash in Tampa. The service is great. The wash is great. The vacuums work great. It was the first car wash I joined when I first moved to Tampa, but I changed to other ones closer to where I lived. After trying out 3 other car washes I've returned. The others are over priced, or always breaking down, the washes aren't as good or the vacuums aren't as good - it was always something. I have never went in to Tommy's Express & came out disappointed. Plus, the wawa right behind it has free air machines - if you ever need to air up your tires. Totally recommend Tommy's Express to keep your ride looking fresh.

This place is ripoff. They charge all different prices and it's just a drive through car wash and everyone gets the same exact thing. I paid for the most expensive wash $26 and nothing promised happened. There was no wheel cleaning, my wheels are still filthy. Never again!

tommy's Car wash on Waters ave. has been taking money out of our bank without a contract. My with paid for 1 month and was told she wouldn't be charged unless she renewed. She declined a monthly charge and and was assured it wouldn't be charged. It was. over $40 per month for the last 4 months at least. The manager was extremely rude when we called about it. d Never give them your credit card. This is my opinion of that establishment. I would give 0 stars if available.

Ca.e here to us the free works wash. The young man came out to the line and talked about their special. I told him I had a coupon for a free works wash. He looked at it and directed me to the second lane and got me in. We went through the wash. And went to the vacuum cleaners. The driver's side worked great. The other side did not. So I just used the driver's side to do the whole car including the trunk. There is a mat washer. It did not get my mats all the way clean. But our car is clean and shiny now.
